Abstract

"PAINEL LAMINADO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DO MESMO". é descrito um painel laminado. O painel compreende uma camada de núcleo disposta entre uma primeira camada metálica e uma segunda camada metálica e ligada a cada uma delas. A camada de núcleo compreende uma camada fibrosa, uma primeira camada adesiva interposta entre a primeira camada metálica e a camada fibrosa, e uma segunda camada adesiva interposta entre a segunda camada metálica e a camada fibrosa. De modo ideal, cada uma das camadas, a primeira camada adesiva e a segunda camada adesiva impregnam e pelo menos parcialmente saturam a camada fibrosa. Cada uma das camadas, a primeira camada adesiva e a segunda camada adesiva consistem em uma resina termoplástica. O painel é útil, dentre outros fins, para aplicações estruturais (paredes de construção de escritórios, por exemplo e semelhantes) e para aplicações não estruturais (painéis para corpos de veículos, por exemplo, e semelhantes).
