Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу и устройству очистки газового потока, содержащего акролеин. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что на первом этапе питающий газовый поток, содержащий акролеин, воду, кислоты и инертные газы, получаемый, в частности, при окислении пропилена в акролеин в газовой фазе, разделяют на газовый эфлюент и жидкий поток в охладительной колонне, в которой обеспечивают температуру жидкого потока в основании колонны более низкой или равной точке росы газового потока, при поддержании температурного перепада, не превышающего 20°С, и на втором этапе газовый эфлюент конденсируют при температуре ниже 20°С с получением жидкой фракции и очищенной газовой фракции. Установка для осуществления способа включает в себя охлаждающую колонну и блок конденсации, подключенный к ее верхней части.
