Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу полимеризации олефинов. По меньшей мере один олефин полимеризуют в газовой фазе в псевдоожиженном слое в присутствии катализатора полимеризации олефинов в реакторе полимеризации, имеющем вертикальный корпус, коническую сужающуюся книзу донную зону, цилиндрическую среднюю зону, расположенную выше и соединенную с указанной донной зоной, и коническую сужающуюся кверху верхнюю зону, расположенную выше и соединенную с указанной средней зоной. Псевдоожижающий газ вводят в донную зону реактора, откуда он проходит вверх через реактор, а отводят из верхней зоны реактора. Псевдоожижающий газ затем сжимают, охлаждают и возвращают в донную зону реактора. В реакторе образуют, таким образом, псевдоожиженный слой, где растущие полимерные частицы находятся в подвешенном состоянии в восходящем потоке псевдоожижающего газа, при этом поверхностная скорость псевдоожижающего газа меньше скорости переноса частиц. В реакторе отсутствует псевдоожижающая решетка. Псевдоожижающий газ пропускают в донную зону из впускной камеры, расположенной непосредственно под донной зоной и соединенной с ней посредством впускной трубы, при этом псевдоожижающий газ течет из верхней части впускной камеры к ее нижней части, и псевдоожижающий газ течет из нижней части впускной камеры к донной зоне. Причем псевдоожижающий газ пропускают из впускной камеры к донной зоне через впускную трубу, расположенную концентрично относительно впускной камеры и проходящую до нижней части впускной камеры. Причем верхняя часть впускной камеры представляет собой часть, находящуюся выше уровня 0,7∙Н, где Н - высота впускной камеры, а нижняя часть впускной камеры представляет собой часть, расположенную не выше упомянутого уровня.
