A device has reliable performance and simple technical maintenance. The device has a body (1) inside of which there are supply canals (2 and 3) with elements (4 and 5) for connecting to the lines supplying gas and beverage respectively from a pressurised container and axisymmetrical cavity (6) having three tandem annular chambers (7, 8 and 9). The first (7) and the third (9) chambers have the gas and beverage supplying lines (2 and 3) connected. Downcomer (10) is secured vertically in the lower part of the body (1) and has an elastic sealing (11) on the source side of the open lower butt, the internal cavity (12) of which has a discharge channel (13) connected with the second annular chamber (8) of the axisymmetrical cavity (6) of the body (1). There is a three-way cock in the axisymmetrical cavity (6) of the body (1) that is made as a hollow valve (14) with radial through holes (15 and 16) with a possibility of longitudinal out-in traverse with the handle (17) and fixation in three positions.
