Abstract

The invention relates to food industry, particularly to shop equipment used for pouring beverages from a pressurised container into plastic bottles. A device has reliable performance and simple technical maintenance. The device has a body (1) inside of which there are supply canals (2 and 3) with elements (4 and 5) for connecting to the lines supplying gas and beverage respectively from a pressurised container and axisymmetrical cavity (6) having three tandem annular chambers (7, 8 and 9). The first (7) and the third (9) chambers have the gas and beverage supplying lines (2 and 3) connected. Downcomer (10) is secured vertically in the lower part of the body (1) and has an elastic sealing (11) on the source side of the open lower butt, the internal cavity (12) of which has a discharge channel (13) connected with the second annular chamber (8) of the axisymmetrical cavity (6) of the body (1). There is a three-way cock in the axisymmetrical cavity (6) of the body (1) that is made as a hollow valve (14) with radial through holes (15 and 16) with a possibility of longitudinal out-in traverse with the handle (17) and fixation in three positions. One of the supply canals in two of these positions is connected with the discharge channel (13) and in the third position it is connected with a possibility of disconnecting all the channels (2 and 3). There is a foam suppression assembly (12) in the downcomer cavity (10) that is made as a nozzle (18) with an axial through channel (19), a cylindrical part with a spiral escape channel (20) on the outside surface and a convergent shank end. There is a throttle valve (22) installed in the body (1) connected with the through axial channel (19) of the nozzle (18) by means of entrance channel (23) and the mechanism of clamping the plastic bottle mouth to the escape channel (20).
