Abstract

The invention relates to: dispensing method of fizzy beverages into bottles, mugs or glasses under counter-pressure, and appliances. Beverage contai¬ner 2, 20 is mounted to the appliance or in pressure-proof chamber 25 thereof and then the container is pressurised by connecting thereto inert gas source 4. During filling the container with beverage the pressure is maintained and controlled within given limits by means of expansion tank 10.
