Устройство включает корпус (1), в теле которого выполнены подводящий канал (2) со штуцером (3) для соединения с трубопроводом подачи газа, подводящий канал (4) со штуцером (5) для соединенния с трубопроводом подачи напитка, осесимметричная полость (6), открытая со стороны нижнего торца корпуса (1) и соединенная отводящим каналом (7) с подводящими газ и напиток каналами (2 и 4) через трехходовой кран (8) с ручкой управления последовательного подключения одного из подводящих каналов (2 или 4) с отводящим каналом (7) или отключения всех каналов. В осесимметричной полости (6) корпуса (1) размещен узел для гашения пены. Узел крепления горловины пластиковой бутылки к открытому нижнему торцу корпуса (1) размещен на последнем у выходного отверстия винтового сливного канала (12). Дроссельный вентиль (38) установлен в корпусе (1) и соединен своим входным каналом (39) со сквозным осевым каналом (11) насадка (10). Канал (2), подводящий газ, выполнен в теле корпуса (1) вдоль канала (4), подводящего напиток или обвивает его вокруг.
