Claims (13)
- ANVENDELSE AF ENZYMER, SOM KATALYSERER PYRUVATSYNTESE UD FRA FORMIAT OG ACETYL-COA, SAMT BAKTERIER, DER UDTRYKKER DETTE Patentkrav1. Isoleret mikroorganisme, der er genetisk modificeret til at udtrykke pyruvatformiatlyase (PFL) eller 2-ketobutyratformiatlyase, hvor det gen, der koder for isocitratlyase (aceA) og/eller malatsynthase i mikroorganismen, deleteres, hvor acetyl-CoA i mikroorganismen konverteres til pyruvat i nærværelse af formiat i enkelttrinsreaktion, hvor reaktionens nettoflux er i retning af pyruvatsyntese.
- 2. Isoleret mikroorganisme ifølge krav 1, hvor pyruvatformiatlyasen kodes af et gen, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af pflB, pfID og ybiW.
- 3. Isoleret mikroorganisme ifølge krav 1, der endvidere udtrykker et polypeptid, som aktiverer pyruvatformiatlyaseenzymet.
- 4. Mikroorganisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, der erformiatotrof, autotrof eller methyltrof.
- 5. Mikroorganisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, der er en bakterie, en gær eller en svamp.
- 6. Mikroorganisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, der er genetisk modificeret til at udtrykke et humant polypeptid.
- 7. Mikroorganisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 -5, der er i stand til at fremstille et biobrændsel.
- 8. Cellekultur, der omfatter den isolerede mikroorganisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7 og et medium, som er egnet til opformering af mikroorganismen.

- 13. Fremgangsmåde til fjernelse af formiat fra et formiatholdigt medium, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter, at mikroorganismen ifølge krav 1 bringes i kontakt med mediet, hvorved formiatet fjernes fra det formiatholdige medium.
