Claims (15)
1. Elektrodekatalysator, der omfatter: en elektrisk ledende bærer og katalysatorpartikler understøttet på bæreren, hvor katalysatorpartiklen omfatter en kernedel, der er dannet på bæreren, en første skaldel, der er dannet på kernedelen, og en anden skaldel, der er dannet på den første skaldel, kernedelen indeholder en W-forbindelse, der indeholder mindst en W-karbid, den første skal indeholder simpel Pd, og den anden skal indeholder simpel Pt.
2. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor kernedelen yderligere indeholder et W-oxid.
3. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor kernedelen yderligere indeholder simpel W.
4. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor en procentdel af det simple Pt R1Pt (atom-%) og en procentdel af det simple Pd R1pd (atom-%) i et analytisk område nær en overflade målt ved røntgen-fotoelektronspektroskopi (XPS) opfylder betingelserne i følgende ligning (1). 0,60<(R1 pt / R1 pd) < 6,00 (1)
5. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge krav 4, hvor R1 Pt er 35 atom-% eller mere.
6. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor R1Pd er 60 atom-% eller mindre.
7. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 6, hvor en procentdel af W afledt fra W-forbindelsen R1w i et analytisk område nær en overflade målt ved røntgen-fotoelektronspektroskopi (XPS) er 30 atom-% eller mindre.
8. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor en bærerandel af Pt LPt (vægt-%) og en bærerandel af Pd LPd (vægt-%) målt ved ICP-lysemissionsanalyse opfylder betingelserne i følgende ligning (2).

9. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor en gennemsnitlig værdi af krysta 11 itstø rrel se af krystalpartiklen målt ved pulverrøntgendiffraktion (XRD) er 3 til 22,0 nm.
10. Elektrodekatalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor katalysatoren er fremstillet ved trinnene, der omfatter et kernepartikeldannelsestrin, hvor kernepartiklerne indeholdende W-karbiden og W-oxidet dannes på bæreren, et første skaldeldannelsestrin, hvor den første skaldel dannes på mindst en af overfladen af kernepartiklerne opnået ved kernepartikeldannelsestrinnet, og et andet skaldeldannelsestrin, hvor den anden skaldel dannes på mindst en af overfladen af den første skaldel opnået ved det første skaldeldannelsestrin, og, i forhold til kernepartiklerne opnået ved det første kernepartikeldannelsestrin, en procentdel af W-karbiden R0Wc (atom-%) og en procentdel af W-oxidet ROwo (atom-%) i et analytisk område nær en overflade målt ved rønt-gen-fotoelektronspektroskopi (XPS) opfylder betingelserne i følgende ligning (3).

Elektrodekatalysator ifølge krav 10, hvor, i forhold til kernepartiklerne opnået ved kernepartikeldannelsestrinnet, en procentdel af W-karbiden R0Wc (atom-%) og en procentdel af W-oxidet ROwo (atom-%) i et analytisk område nær en overflade målt ved røntgen-fotoelektronspektroskopi (XPS) opfylder betingelserne i følgende ligning (4).

12. Sammensætning til dannelse af gasdiffusionselektrode, som omfatter elektrodekatalysatoren ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11.
13. Gasdiffusionselektrode, som omfatter elektrodekatalysatoren ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, eller som er dannet under anvendelse af sammensætningen til dannelse af gasdiffusionselektrode, som omfatter elektrodekatalysatoren, ifølge krav 12.
14. Membranelektrodeenhed (MEA) omfattende gasdiffusionselektroden ifølge krav 13.
15. Brændselscellestak omfattende membranelektrodeenheden (MEA) ifølge krav 14.
