Claims (15)
1. Termisk destillationsanlæg med mekanisk dampkompression til afsaltningen af vand, omfattende: - et hermetisk kammer (01) omfattende et indløb til modtagelse af fødevand, et udløb til udledning af destillatet, et udløb til udledning af koncentratet og et udløb til udledning af de ikke-kondenserbare gasser; - en fordamper/kondensator (11) omfattende en fordampningszone (02) og en kondenseringszone (05) inden i det hermetiske kammer (01); - en kompressor (04) forbundet til en motor, hvor kompressoren er i stand til at øge trykket af dampen produceret i fordampningszonen (02) og til at føre det til kondenseringszonen (05); - hvor det hermetiske kammer (01) er under delvis vakuum, hvor trykket inden i kammeret er mindre end atmosfærisk tryk; kendetegnet ved at - kompressoren (04) og dens motor er beliggende inden i det hermetiske kammer, hvilken motor omfatter en stator og en rotor, hvilken stator og rotor er beliggende fuldkommen inden i det hermetiske kammer.
2. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at kompressoren (04) er en kompressor i stand til at opnå en rotationshastighed over 7500 omdr/min.
3. Anlæg ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved at kompressoren (04) er en kompressor i stand til at opnå en rotationshastighed over 25000 omdr/min.
4. Anlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at kompressoren (04) er af aksialstrømningstypen og motoren af kompressoren eller samlingen bestående af kompressoren (04) og kompressormotoren er placeret i dampstrømmen, der strømmer fra fordampningszonerne (02) til kondenseringszonerne (05).

11. Anlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det omfatter mindst ét integreret destillationsmodul (14), hvilket integrerede destillationsmodul (14) omfatter en fordamper/kondensator, en kompressor (04) og et tube (13), hvilket rør (13) omfatter en første del og en anden del, hvor arealet af tværsnittet af den anden del er større end arealet af tværsnittet af den første del, hvor kompressoren (04) er placeret inden i den første del og hvor den anden del er forbundet til kondenseringszonen (05) af fordamperen/kondensatoren (11) eller den anden del omfatter samleren (29) eller er forbundet til samleren (29) af fordamperen/kondensatoren (11) til tilførslen af dampen ind i kondenseringszonen.
12. Anlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det omfatter en fødevandsforsyningspumpe (15), en destillationsudtrækspumpe (16), en koncentratudtrækspumpe (17), og en vakuumpumpe til at udtrække de ikke-kondenserbare gasser (19), hvor mindst én af pumperne og dens motor er beliggende fuldkommen inden i det hermetiske kammer (01).
13. Anlæg ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved at det omfatter en koncentratrecirkulationspumpe (18) til at transportere koncentratet til fordampningszonen (02) af fordamperen/kondensatoren, hvor recirkulationspumpen og dens motor er beliggende fuldkommen inden i det hermetiske kammer (01).
14. Anlæg ifølge ét af kravene 12 og 13, kendetegnet ved at destillat- og koncentratudtrækspumperne og recirkulationspumpen (16, 17, 18) og deres motorer er beliggende fuldkommen inden i det hermetiske kammer (01).
15. Anlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fordamperen/kondensatoren omfatter en samler (29) til indstrømning af damp ind i kondenseringszonen, hvilken samler (29) har et totalt tværsnit (29) og et tilstrømningstværsnit bestående af summen af indløbstværsnittene af kondenseringszonerne (05), hvor forholdet mellem tværsnittet af tilstrømning til kondenseringszonerne (05) og det totale tværsnit (29) af samleren er større end 70 %.
