Claims (7)
- 少なくともブラインヒータ(1)と、多段フラッシュ(MSF)蒸留ユニット(2)の脱塩ゾーンと、脱気器(5)とを有し、脱塩ゾーンが、ブラインを凝縮させかつ留出物を獲得する熱回収セクション(3)を有する構成の塩水脱塩プラントにおいて、全ての多段フラッシュ(MSF)蒸留ユニットを通過した再循環ブラインがブラインヒータ(1)に入るラインに加えて、再循環ブラインの一部が前記熱回収セクション(3)の少なくとも一部を迂回しかつ間接的にブラインヒータ(1)に入る幾つかのバイパスラインが異なる蒸留ユニット(2)同士の間に設けられていることを特徴とする塩水脱塩プラント。
- 隣接する蒸留段(2)同士の間に幾つかのバイパスライン(22′)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塩水脱塩プラント。
- 少なくともブラインヒータ(1)と、多段フラッシュ(MSF)蒸留ユニット(2)の脱塩ゾーンと、脱気器(5)とを有し、脱塩ゾーンが、ブラインを凝縮させかつ留出物を獲得する熱回収セクション(3)を有する構成の塩水脱塩プラントにおいて、全ての多段フラッシュ(MSF)蒸留ユニットを通過した再循環ブラインがブラインヒータ(1)に入るラインに加えて、再循環ブラインの一部が前記熱回収セクション(3)の少なくとも一部を迂回しかつ間接的にブラインヒータ(1)に入るバイパスライン(22″)が各単一の蒸留段(2)のために設けられていることを特徴とする塩水脱塩プラント。
- ブラインを再循環させる付加ポンプ(23、23′、23″)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の塩水脱塩プラント。
- 少なくとも1つのバイパスラインがパイプからなり、再循環ブラインの流量を変えるべく、前記パイプの内径が可変であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の塩水脱塩プラント。
- 再循環ブラインの流量を変えるための少なくとも1つのバルブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の塩水脱塩プラント。
- 再循環ブラインの流量を変えるための少なくとも1つの孔穿き板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の塩水脱塩プラント。
