Abstract

Настоящее изобретение предлагает несколько усовершенствований способов и установок термического опреснения методом MVC, которые позволят уменьшить удельное потребление электроэнергии до значений 2-4 кВт∙ч/мопресненной воды, а также сократить производственные затраты. Система переноса пара максимально упрощается и обеспечивает практически нулевые динамические потери давления. Система сжатия, содержащая электродвигатель компрессора, полностью встроена в испарительный конденсатор, находится на стороне впуска в зону конденсации, предпочтительно оснащена системой защиты от перегрева пара и работает с высокой частотой вращения. Вспомогательное оборудование предпочтительно установлено в кожухе с низким вакуумом (герметичная камера). В соответствии с одним характерным вариантом осуществления сечение зон конденсации уменьшается вдоль траектории движения пара. Обменники во входящем и выходящих потоках получают непрерывно сбалансированную тепловую нагрузку. Тепловые потери устранены за счет вспомогательного нагрева. Предпочтительно установка может быть выполнена модульной.
