Claims (14)

1. Ikke-vævet stof omfattende polypropylenfibre, hvor de nævnte polypropylenfibre omfatter en propylenpolymer omfattende i det mindste 50 mol-% propylen, hvilken polymer har: a) en smeltestrømningshastighed (MFR, ASTM 1238, 230°C, 2,16 kg) på omkring 10 dg/min. til omkring 21,5 dg/min; b) et dimensionsløst spændingsforhold/tabsfaktorindeks R2 [defineret ved ligning (8) heri] ved 190°C fra omkring 1,5 til omkring 28; c) en temperatur for start af krystallisering under strømning, Tc,rheoi, (som bestemt ved SAOS rheologi, 1°C/min. som beskrevet heri, hvor polymeren har 0 vægt-% nukleeringsmiddel til stede), på i det mindste omkring 131 °C; og d) en gennemsnitlig mesoløbelængde bestemt ved 13C NMR på i det mindste omkring 97 eller højere.
2. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, hvor polypropylenfibrene foreligger i en mængde på i det mindste 50 vægt-%, fortrinsvis i det mindste 75 vægt-%, baseret på den totale vægt af fibre i det ikke-vævede stof.
3. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, med en stoffladevægt i området 5 til 70 g/m2, fortrinsvis 7 til 15 g/m2.
4. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, med en CD-specifikt trækstyrke på i det mindste 1,0 N/5 cm/g/m2 og en total gribeevne på mindre end 6,8 g kraft eller et trækmodul på mindre end omkring 32 N/5 cm/g/m2 og eventuelt med en stoftrækanisotropi (forhold af MD over CD specifik trækstyrke som defineret heri) på mindre end omkring 2,7.
5. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, hvor fibrene har en dpf-værdi på fra 0,3 til 5 dpf og eventuelt en stoffladevægt på ikke mere end 15 g/m2.
6. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, omfattende adskillige ikke-vævede lag, som er indbyrdes forbundet.
7. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, hvor de nævnte fibre omfattende en propylenpoly-mersammensætning omfatter en kombination af to eller flere propylenpolymerer.
8. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, hvor det ikke-vævede stof er et spindebundet ikke-vævet stof, et smelteblæst ikke-vævet stof eller et laminat omfattende adskillige ikke-vævede stoffer, som hver især uafhængigt er valgt blandt spindebundet ikke-vævede og smelteblæste ikke-vævede stoffer.
9. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, hvor propylenpolymersammensætningen omfatter en propylenpolymer med en Mw/Mn på 1 til 7 og/eller en Mz/Mw på 1,5 til 2,5.
10. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge krav 1, hvilket ikke-vævet stof kan opnås ved spindebinding med en produktionsliniehastighed på i det mindste 400 m/min.
11. Ikke-vævet stof ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 10, hvor propylenpolymeren er en viskositetsbrudt propylenpolymer.
12.
