Claims (13)
1. Laserskærehoved (1) drevet af et laseremissionsapparat ved hjælp af optiske transmissionsmidler, og som kan tilknyttes et skærende maskinværktøj, hvilket laserskærehoved omfatter et kollimationsmiddel (2) til at kollimere en laserstråle, der kommer fra laseremissionsapparatet, en fokuseringsindretning (3) til at fokusere en kollimeret laserstråle, der udgår fra kollimationsmidlet (2), og et hus (4) til at huse og indeholde fokuseringsindretningen (3), der omfatter mindst en fokuseringslinse (5) og et støtteorgan (6) til at huse og holde fokuseringslinsen (3), og som kan bevæges i en justeringsretning (X) inde i huset (4) for derved at ændre et brændpunkt af laserstrålen, der kommer ud af fokuseringslinsen (3), hvilket laserskærehoved (1) er kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter en køleenhed (10) fastgjort til huset (4) og et varmeledende middel (11) arrangeret til forbinde støtteorganet (6) med køleenheden (10) for derved ved varmeledning at udtrække varme genereret af laserstrålen, der går gennem fokuseringslinsen (5), fra støtteorganet (6) og fra fokuseringslinsen (5), hvori støtteorganet (6) omfatter et støtteelement, der glider inde i et hulrum i huset (6) og er lavet af materiale med høj varmeledningsevne, og hvori det varmeledende middel (11) omfatter mindst et fleksibelt varmeledende element (11) lavet af materiale med høj varmeledningsevne, og køleenheden (10) omfatter mindst en Peltiercelle (12) og et varmeafled-ningselement (13), hvilket varmeledningsmiddel (11) er forbundet med en kold side (12a) af Peltiercellen (12), hvilket varmeafledningselement (13) er forbundet med en varm side (12b) af Peltiercellen (12).
2. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge krav 1, hvori støtteelementet er lavet af aluminiumslegering.
3. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvori det fleksible varmeledende element (11) er et flettet kobberbånd og/eller grafitbelagt bånd.
4. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvori det fleksible varmeledende element (11) omfatter et hovedparti (11a) beregnet til fastgørelse på køleenheden (10), og fra hvilket mindst to udstrakte partier (11b) udgår, som er indrettet til at fastgøres til modstående sider af støtteelementet (6).
5. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvori den kolde side (12a) af Peltiercellen (12) er fastgjort til en væg af huset (4).
6. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge ethvert foregående krav, omfattende et dæksel (16) lavet af materiale med høj varmeledningsevne og indrettet til at lukke en åbning (17) i huset (4), som giver adgang til støtteelementet (6), hvilken kold side (12a) af Peltiercellen (12) er fastgjort til en ydervæg af dækslet (16).
7. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge krav 6, hvori det varmeledende middel (11) er fastgjort til en indervæg af dækslet (16).
8. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge krav 6, hvori det varmeledende middel (11) er fastgjort direkte til den kolde side (12a) af Peltiercellen (12) gennem en modsvarende åbning af dækslet (16).
9. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvori køleenheden (10) omfatter flere Peltierceller (12) arrangeret parallelt og/eller i serie.
10. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvori i det mindste det varmeledende middel (11) er fastgjort til støtteorganet (6) og til Peltiercellen (12) med varmeledende klæbemidler.
11. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvori varmeaflednings-elementet (13) omfatter flere kølekanaler (14) til luftpassage, især ved hjælp af konvektion.
12. Laserskærehoved (1) ifølge krav 1, omfattende indtagsorganer (15) til indføring af et kølefluid, især trykluft, i kølekanalerne (14).
13. Skære- og/eller stansemaskinværktøj omfattende mindst et laserskærehoved (1) ifølge ethvert foregående krav.
