Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sukkervæske under anvendelse af en biomasse, der indeholder cellulose, som et råmateriale, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter trinene: (1) at hydrolysere en biomasse, der indeholder cellulose, for at fremstille en vandig sukkeropløsning; og (2) at filtrere den i trin (1) opnåede vandige sukkeropløsning gennem en membran til ultrafiltrering, der har en molekylær vægtafskæring på 600 til 2.000, for at fjerne en fermenteringsinhibitor/fermenteringsinhibitorer ind i permeatsiden og opsamle en sukkervæske fra tilførselssiden.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sukkervæske ifølge krav 1, hvor fer-menteringsinhibitoren/fermenteringsinhibitorerne omfatter en eller flere substanser, der er valgt blandt gruppen bestående af cumarsyre, ferulasyre og 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sukkervæske ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den vandige sukkeropløsning i trin (2) filtreres efter regulering af pFI-værdien til ikke mere end 5.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sukkervæske ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor materialet af det funktionelle lag af ultrafiltreringsmembranen anvendt i trin (2) er polyethersulfon.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sukkervæske ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at filtrere det i trin (2) opnåede permeat, der indeholder en sukkervæske og/eller fermenteringsinhibitor, gennem en membran til nanofiltrering og/eller membran til omvendt osmose for at opsamle en koncentreret sukkervæske fra tilførselssiden.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et kemisk produkt, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter et trin med at fremstille en sukkervæske ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5 og et trin med at anvende sukkervæsken som et fermenteringsråmateriale.
