Claims (5)

OVERFLADEBEHANDLINGSMIDDEL MED HØJ FOTOKATALYTISK OG SANITÆR EFFEKT Påstande
1. Et flydende middel til overfladebehandling med høj fotokatalytisk og sanitær effekt, baseret på Ti02 nanopartikler karakteriseret af det faktum, at det indeholder 10 g til 500 g af Ti02 nanopartikler per 1 liter vand samt en bindeingrediens A, som er et inorganisk bindemiddel, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der indeholder ZnO, MgO, CaO, Ca(OH)2, Mg(OH)2, CaC03, MgC03, Na2C03 og K2C03 i mængder på 0,1 til 10 % efter vægt relateret til Ti02 nanopartiklers vægtindhold.
2. En metode til forberedelse det flydende middel til overfladebehandling jvf. påstand 1 karakteriseret af det faktum, at når Ti02 nanopartikler blandes med vand, og den vandige suspension skabt under intensiv homogenisering blandes med opløsningen eller suspensionen af bindeingrediens A ved temperaturen 5 til 50 °C, omgående efter tilføjelse af bindeingrediens A, vil suspensionen fortykkes markant.
3. En metode til overfladebehandling karakteriseret af det faktum, at det flydende middel påføres, jvf. påstand 1, på overfladen ved en temperatur på 5 til 50 °C med en tykkelse på 1 til 50 mikrometer og efter tørring skaber et tørt lag, der indeholder minimum 90 % efter vægt af Ti02 nanopartikler.
4.
Metoden til overfladebehandling jvf. påstand 3 karakteriseret af det faktum, at det flydende middel, jvf. påstand 1, påføres på overfladen ved en temperatur på 5 til 50 °C med en tykkelse på 5 til 30 mikrometer
