Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til forarbejdning af et lignocellulosemateriale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: vådformaling af et lignocellulosemateriale med reduceret nedbrydningsmodstand og anvendelse af en stråleblander under vådformalingen; tilsætning af et enzym til lignocellulosematerialet efter vådformaling og tilsætning af en mikroorganisme til lignocellulosematerialet eller et sukker, der er afledt af lignocellulosematerialet efter gennemført vådformaling.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter fortætning af lignocellulosematerialet med reduceret nedbrydningsmodstand før vådformaling.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor vådformaling udføres ved anvendelse af et rotor-/statorhoved.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor rotoren og statoren indbefatter indlejrede tandringe.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor statoren omfatter to eller flere koncentriske tandringe, og hvor rotoren, fortrinsvis, omfatter en tandring, der er udformet til at passe mellem statorens tilstødende tandringe.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor frirummet mellem rotoren og statoren er fra 0,01 til 0,25 tomme (0,25 til 6,4 mm).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor afstanden mellem tænderne i hver tandring er fra 0,1 til 0,3 tomme (2,5 til 7,6 mm).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor vådformaling sker ved en forskydningshastighed på fra 30.000 s'1 til 50.000 s'1.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor vådformaling sker in-line.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mikroorganismen omdanner lignocelluloseråmaterialet eller sukkeret til et produkt udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af alkoholer, organiske syrer, sukkere, carbonhydrider og blandinger deraf.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor en stråleblander anvendes under omdannelse af råmaterialet eller sukkeret til produktet.
12. Vådformalingssystem, der omfatter en vådformalingsmølle placeret i et fluid med et lignocellulosemateriale dispergeret deri, og som endvidere omfatter en stråleblander placeret i fluidet.
13. System ifølge krav 12, hvor vådformalingsmøllen omfatter et rotor-/statorhoved.
14. System ifølge krav 13, hvor rotoren og statoren indbefatter indlejrede tandringe.
15. System ifølge krav 14, hvor statoren omfatter to eller flere koncentriske tandringe.
