Claims (15)
1. Engangsplatform til registrering af en målnukleinsyre, hvor engangsplatformen omfatter: - et prøvekammer til modtagelse af en prøve omfattende målnukleinsyren, - et amplifikationskammer forbundet med prøvekammeret via en første kanal og forbundet med en første udluftningslomme via en anden kanal, - et mærkningskammer forbundet med amplifikationskammeret via en tredje kanal og forbundet med en anden udluftningslomme via en fjerde kanal, - et registreringsdelsystem forbundet med mærkningskammeret via en femte kanal og forbundet med en tredje udluftningslomme via en sjette kanal, - en flerhed af modstandsvarmeelementer, og - en eller flere temperaturmåleindretninger, kendetegnet ved, at udluftningslommerne hver er forseglet mod et lavere tryk med et varmelabilt materiale, som er placeret i nærheden af en af modstandsvarmeelementerne, og hvori mærkningskammeret valgfrit kan opvarmes under brug af en af modstandsvarmeelementerne.
2. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende et prøveforberednings-trin, der omfatter en udgang i direkte fluidforbindelse med en indgang til prøvekammeret.
3. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, hvori dimensioner af en i det væsentlige flad overflade af amplifikationskammeret er omtrent de samme som dimensioner af en i det væsentlige flad overflade af et modstandsvarmeelement i termisk kontakt med amplifikationskammeret.
4. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, hvori amplifikationskammeret ikke køles af en aktiv køleindretning.
5. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, hvor amplifikationskammeret indeholder en amplifikationsopløsning, hvilket prøvekammer omfatter en væskeformig am plif i-kationsreagensblanding eller en lyofiliseret amplifikationsreagensblanding, og/eller at mærkningskammeret omfatter registreringspartikler.
6. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, hvori registreringsdelsystemet omfatter en sideværts flowstrimmel, der ikke indeholder registreringspartikler.
7. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, hvori kamrene, kanalerne og udluftningslommerne er placeret på et fluidsamlingslag, og de elektroniske elementer er lokaliseret på et separat lag, der omfatter et kredsløbskort, hvilket separate lag er klæbet til fluidsamlingslaget.
8. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, hvori registreringsdelsystemet er placeret på fluidsamlingslaget eller på et andet fluidsamlingslag.
9. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, hvori et volumen af mindst et af kamrene er mellem ca. 1 mikroliter og ca. 50 mikroliter.
10. Engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende et forbindelseselement til at sammenkoble engangsplatformen med en basisenhed, som ikke er et eksternt instrument, og som holder engangsplatformen i en lodret eller hældende orientering.
11. Fremgangsmåde til registrering af en målnukleinsyre, hvilken fremgangsmåde består af: - placering af en prøve omfattende målnukleinsyren i et prøvekammer af en engangsplatform ifølge krav 1, - orientering af engangsplatformen lodret eller med en hældning, - reagering af prøven med en væske eller en tidligere lyofiliseret amplifikationsre-agensblanding, kendetegnet ved trinene: - åbning af en første udluftningslomme tilsluttet et amplifikationskammer for et lavere tryk, så den reagerede prøve kan strømme ind i amplifikationskammeret, - amplifikation af målnukleinsyren i amplifikationskammeret, - åbning af en anden udluftningslomme tilsluttet et mærkningskammer for et lavere tryk, så den amplificerede målnukleinsyre kan strømme ind i mærkningskammeret, - mærkning af den amplificerede målnukleinsyre under brug af registreringspartikler i mærkningskammeret, - åbning af en tredje udluftningslomme forbundet med et registreringsdelsystem for et lavere tryk, så den mærkede målnukleinsyre kan strømme ind i registreringsdelsystemet, og - registrering af den amplificerede målnukleinsyre, - hvori engangsplatformen valgfrit kan styres ved brug af en sammenkoblingsstation, som ikke er et eksternt instrument.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvori amplificeringstrinet omfatter amplifice-ring af målnukleinsyren under brug af et modstandsvarmeelement placeret inde i engangsplatformen i nærheden af amplifikationskammeret.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, yderligere omfattende passiv afkøling af amplifikationskammeret.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, yderligere omfattende opvarmning af mærkningskammeret under mærkningstrinet under brug af et modstandsvarmeelement placeret inde i engangsplatformen i nærheden af mærkningskammeret.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvori registreringsdelsystemet ikke omfatter registreringspartikler.
