Claims (3)

1. Anvendelse af mindst ét polysaccharid valgt fra gruppen bestående af trehalose, hydroxyethylstivelse og dextran som en aggregerings-inhibitor for pattedyr-stamceller i en pattedyr-stamcellesuspension, hvori, - når polysaccharidet er trehalose, da anvendes inhibitoren sådan at koncentrationen af trehalose i pattedyr-stamcellesuspensionen er inden for området på 4,53 - 362,4 mg/ml; - når polysaccharidet er hydroxyethylstivelse, da anvendes inhibitoren sådan at koncentrationen af hydroxyethylstivelse i pattedyr-stamcellesuspensionen er inden for området på 1 - 500 mg/ml; - og når polysaccharidet er dextran, da anvendes inhibitoren sådan at koncentrationen af dextran i pattedyr-stamcellesuspensionen er inden for området på 30 - 100 mg/ml.
2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor stamcellen er en adhæsiv stamcelle.
3. Anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvor den adhæsive stamcelle er en mesenchymal stamcelle eller en pluripotent stamcelle.
