Claims (18)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af selvbindende pigmentpartikelsuspensioner, fremgangsmåden omfatter de følgende trin: a) at tilvejebringe en vandig pigmentmaterialesuspension, b) at tilvejebringe mindst et polymerbindemiddel, hvor bindemidlet omfatter mindst et polysakkarid omfattende galaktose- og/eller mannoseenheder, c) at blande bindemidlet af trin b) med den vandige pigmentmaterialesuspension af trin a), og d) at formale den vandige pigmentmaterialesuspension af trin c) hvor i trin c) bindemidlet tilføjes til den vandige pigmentmaterialesuspension i en mængde fra 0,1 vægtprocent og 10 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af pigmentmaterialesuspensionen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor pigmentmaterialesuspensionen af trin a) omfatter et pigmentmateriale valgt fra gruppen omfattende calciumkarbonat, calciumkarbonat-indeholdende mineraler, blandede karbonat-baserede fyldstoffer, eller blandinger deraf, og hvor de calciumkarbonat-indeholdende mineraler fortrinsvis omfatter dolomit, og de blandede karbonat-baserede fyldstoffer er fortrinsvis valgt fra calcium associeret med magnesium, ler, talkum, talkumcalciumkarbonat-blandinger, calciumkarbonat-kaolin-blandinger, eller blandinger af naturligt calciumkarbonat med aluminiumhydroxid, mica eller med syntetiske eller naturlige fibre eller co-strukturer af mineraler, fortrinsvis talkumcalciumkarbonat eller talkumtitaniumdioxid eller calciumkarbonat-titaniumdioxid co-strukturer.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor calciumkarbonatet er et formalet naturligt calciumkarbonat, et præcipiteret calciumkarbonat, et modificeret calciumkarbonat, eller en blanding deraf.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor bindemidlet af trin b) omfatter mindst et polysakkarid omfattende galaktose og mannoseenheder.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor bindemidlet af trin b) omfatter et kationisk derivat af det mindst ene polysakkarid.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor bindemidlet af trin b) omfatter mindst et polysakkarid omfattende en lige kæde af 1,4-linked β-D-mannopyranosylenheder, fortrinsvis den lige kædet af 1,4-linked β-D-mannopyranosylenheder er 1,6-linked med a-D-galactopyranosylenheder.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor bindemidlet af trin b) omfatter mindst et polysakkarid som har et forhold mellem mannoseenheder og galaktoseenheder fra 6:1 til 1:1, fortrinsvis fra 5:1 til 1:1, mere fortrinsvis fra 4:1 til 1:1 og mest fortrinsvis fra 3:1 til 1:1.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor bindemidlet af trin b) er i form af en hydrocolloidal-opløsning eller et tørt materiale, fortrinsvis i form afen hydrocolloidal-opløsning.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor bindemidlet af trin b) er i form af en hydrocolloidal-opløsning som har en bindemiddelskoncentration fra 0,05 vægtprocent til 10 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 0,1 vægtprocent til 5 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis fra 0,1 vægtprocent til 2 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis fra 0,1 vægtprocent til 1 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af the solution.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor i trin c) bindemidlet tilføjes til den vandige pigmentmaterialesuspension i en mængde fra 0,1 vægtprocent til 2 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis fra 0,25 vægtprocent til 1 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af pigmentmaterialesuspensionen.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor faststofindholdet i trin c) justeres således at det er mindst 1 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 1 vægtprocent til 80 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis fra 5 vægtprocent til 60 vægtprocent, endnu mere fortrinsvis fra 10 vægtprocent til 50 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis fra 15 vægtprocent til 45 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af pigmentmaterialesuspensionen.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvor formalingstrin d) udføres under og/eller efter trin c), fortrinsvis efter trin c).

15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, hvor formalingstrin d) udføres i batch eller kontinuerligt, fortrinsvis kontinuerligt.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter trin e) at koncentrere den opnåede pigmentmaterialesuspension således at faststofindholdet i suspensionen er mindst 45 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 45 vægtprocent til 80 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis fra 50 vægtprocent til 80 vægtprocent, endnu mere fortrinsvis fra 60 vægtprocent til 79 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis fra 65 vægtprocent til 78 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af pigmentmaterialesuspensionen.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16, hvor koncentrationstrin e) udføres før eller efter trin d).
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17, hvor før eller under eller efter trin c) og/eller trin d) et dispergeringsmiddel tilføjes.
