Claims (14)

1. 2. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor mængden af rapamycin eller derivatet deraf i sammensætningen er i området fra 54 mg til 540 mg.
3. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvor mængden af rapamycin eller derivatet deraf i sammensætningen er i området fra 54 mg til 175 mg.
4. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor den anden terapi omfatter administration af erlotinib. i
5. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor canceren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af blærecancer, multipelt myelom, hjernecancer, pankreascancer, plasmacytom, nyrecellekarcinom, prostatacancer, lungecancer, melanom, brystcancer, mesoteliom, neuroendokrin cancer, i ovariecancer, lymfom, lymfoid neoplasme, myelom, leukæmi, skjoldbruskkirtelcancer, sarkom, HER2-positiv brystcancer, HER2-negativ brystcancer, kronisk myelogen leukæmi, endometriecancer og pladecellekarcinom i hoved og hals.
6. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor sammensætningen skal administreres ad en intravenøs, intraarteriel, intraperitoneal, intravesikulær, subkutan, intratekal, intrapulmonær, intramuskulær, intratrakeal, intraokulær, transdermal eller oral vej eller via inhalation.
7. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, i hvor bærerproteinet er albumin.
8. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 7, hvor albuminet er humant serumalbumin.
9. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor den gennemsnitlige diameter for nanopartiklerne, der omfatter rapamycin eller derivatet deraf, ikke er større end ca. 200 nm, fortrinsvis ikke større end ca. 100 nm.
