Claims (11)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et tekstilt halvfabrikat, der indeholder et sejhedsforøgende materiale til fremstilling af en fiberkompositkomponent, med følgende trin: - blanding af det sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) i pulverform med et bindemiddel i pulverform, hvor pulverblandingen har en partikelstørrelse inden for området 0,5 ym til 500 ym, - påføring af pulverblandingen på ydersiden af enkelte lag, der danner en fiberdug, fiberduge, vævet stof, trikotagestof, måtter eller fletninger eller en kombination heraf.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes et termoplastisk bindemiddel.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes en epoxyharpiks som bindemiddel
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) og bindemiddel blandes i et blandingsforhold i vægtprocent mellem bindemiddel og sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) inden for området 50:50 til 30:70.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at der som sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) anvendes polyorganosiloxaner eller en blanding af polyorganosiloxaner.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes et sejhedsforøgende materiale (2), der indeholder korn med en polyorganosiloxankerne, der er omgivet af en skal
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen af sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) og bindemiddel fikseres efter påføringen.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen af sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) og bindemiddel fikseres termisk og/eller mekanisk.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen af sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) og bindemiddel påføres med en påføringsmængde inden for området 5 g/m2 til 30 g/m2.
10. Tekstilt halvfabrikat i form af enkelte lag, der danner en fiberdug, fiberduge, vævet stof, trikotagestof, måtter eller fletninger eller en kombination heraf, kendetegnet ved, at det indeholder partikler fra en pulverblanding af et sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) i pulverform og et bindemiddel i pulverform, hvor pulverblandingen har en partikelstørrelse inden for området 0,5 ym til 500 ym.
11. Tekstilt halvfabrikat ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at det som sejhedsforøgende materiale (2) indeholder polyorganosiloxanpartikler af en størrelse inden for området 0,5 ym til 500 ym.
