Claims (15)

1. Katalysator til syntese af carbonhydrider ud fra CO og H2, hvor katalysatoren omfatter dispergerede partikler af Raney-cobalt pulver som en aktiv bestanddel, metallisk aluminium, som danner et rumligt varmeledende gitter, og et bindemiddel, hvor de dispergerede partikler er indlejret i det rumlige varmeledende gitter af metallisk aluminium, og katalysatoren er pelleteret.
2. Katalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor indholdet af Raney-cobalt er i området 1-40 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
3. Katalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor indholdet af metallisk aluminium er i området 25-94 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
4. Katalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor bindemidlet er bohmit eller siliciumoxid.
5. Katalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor indholdet af bindemiddel er i området 5-30 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
6. Katalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor katalysatoren desuden omfatter én eller flere yderligere aktive bestanddele, hvor Ru anvendes som en yderligere aktiv bestanddel, og indholdet af den yderligere aktive bestanddel er i området 5-30 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator til syntese af carbonhydrider ud fra CO og H2, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: blanding af et dispergeret Raney-cobalt-pulver eller et carbonylcobaltpulver, metallisk aluminium, et bindemiddel og en flydende fase til opnåelse af en homogen pasta; ekstrudering af pastaen til dannelse af katalysatorpellets med et rumligt gitter af metallisk aluminium og de dispergerede Raney-cobalt- eller carbonylcobaltpartikler, som er indlejret i gitteret; tørring og calcinering af pelletene.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor Raney-cobalt og carbonylcobalt anvendes i en mængde på cirka 1-40 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor metallisk aluminium anvendes i en mængde på cirka 25-94 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor bohmit eller siliciumoxid anvendes som bindemiddel i en mængde på cirka 5-30 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor en blanding af destilleret vand, salpetersyre eller vandig ammoniak, triethylenglycol og/eller polyvinylalkohol anvendes som flydende fase.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor tørringen af pelletene udføres i en luft- eller inertgasstrøm ved en temperatur på 25-120 °C i løbet af 12-36 timer.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor calcineringen af pelletene udføres i en luft- eller inertgasstrøm i trin med stigning i temperaturen fra 120 til 450 °C i løbet af 8-36 timer.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, der endvidere omfatter indføring af yderligere aktive bestanddele i de calcinerede pellets ved imprægnering i trin med en opløsning af metalforbindelse, især forbindelser af Co og/eller Ru, hvor imprægneringen gentages, indtil der er opnået et indhold på 5-30 vægtprocent af de yderligere aktive bestanddele baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor blanding af det dispergerede Raney-cobalt-pulver eller carbonylcobaltpulveret, metallisk aluminium, bindemidlet og den flydende fase til opnåelse af en homogen pasta udføres med tilsatte tilsætningsstoffer af oxider eller blandede oxider af grundstoffer, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af Mg, Zr, Ti, Ca, Ba, Al, Si og/eller blandinger deraf, hvor indholdet af tilsætningsstof er i området 0,5-30 vægtprocent baseret på katalysatorens totalvægt.
