Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde, der omfatter: saccharificering af lignocelluloseholdigt råmateriale i en beholder ved at blande det lignocelluloseholdige råmateriale med et flydende medium og et saccharificeringsmiddel ved anvendelse af en stråleblander, hvor stråleblanderen omfatter en dysestråleomrører, og hvor saccharificering af råmaterialet omfatter omrøring af råmaterialet med dysestråleomrøreren, og hvor beholderen har en bueformet bund, og hvor en længdeakse af en aksel af dysestråleomrøreren er lateralt forskudt for en længdeakse af beholderen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor råmaterialet har en rumvægt på mindre end ca. 0,5 g/cm3, og/eller hvor det flydende medium omfatter vand, og/eller hvor saccharificeringsmidlet omfatter et enzym.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor dysestråleomrøreren omfatter et skovlhjul, der er monteret ved en distal ende af en aksel, og en kappe, der omgiver skovlhjulet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor stråleblanderen omfatter en flerhed af dysestråleomrørere, hvor hver dysestråleomrører er konfigureret til at fungere reversibelt, til pumpning af fluid mod toppen af beholderen i en første modus, og mod bunden af beholderen i en anden mode, fortrinsvis hvor, under mindst en del af blandingen samtlige dysestråleomrørere fungerer i den første modus, hvor under en del af blandingen nogle af dysestråleomrørerne eventuelt fungerer i den første modus og andre samtidigt fungerer i den anden modus.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, der endvidere omfatter tilsætning af en mikroorganisme til beholderen og fermentering af det saccharificerede råmateriale, hvor under mindst en del af fermenteringen samtlige dysestråleomrørere fungerer i den første modus.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor stråleblanderen endvidere omfatter en blander af stråleluftningstypen med en udløbsdyse, og hvor saccharificering af råmaterialet omfatter afgivelse af en stråle gennem udløbsdysen, fortrinsvis hvor blanderen af stråleluftningstypen fungerer uden injektion af luft gennem udløbsdysen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor saccharificering omfatter tilførsel af en væske til to indgangslinjer til blanderen af stråleluftningstypen.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor stråleblanderen endvidere omfatter en sugekammerstråleblander.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor stråleblanderen endvidere omfatter en dyse i fluidforbindelse med en første ende af et udstødningsrør, hvor den første ende af udstødningsrøret er adskilt fra dysen, og hvor udstødningsrøret har en anden ende, der er konfigureret til at udsende en flydende stråle.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor saccharificering omfatter tilsætning af råmaterialet til det flydende medium i diskrete inkrementer; og blanding af hvert diskret inkrement af råmateriale i det flydende medium med stråleblanderen inden tilsætning af et andet råmaterialeinkrement.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, der endvidere omfatter monitorering af et glucoseniveau for en blanding af råmaterialet, det flydende medium og saccharificeringsmidlet under stråleblanderens funktion, og/eller der endvidere omfatter tilsætning af supplerende råmateriale og saccharificeringsmiddel til beholderen under saccharificering.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovenstående krav, hvor beholderen omfatter en tank, og/eller hvor beholderen omfatter en tank til en jernbanevogn eller en tankvong, fortrinsvis hvor saccharificering sker delvis eller fuldt under transport af blandingen af råmateriale, flydende medium og saccharificeringsmiddel.
