Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种化工产品的生产过程中液相反应设备内使用的雾化喷嘴,是由喷头、流体变向喷嘴和可拆卸接头组成。流体变向喷嘴为轮盘状,其中间和盘周分布有喷射通道。喷头为圆管状,其中间的通孔为变径喷孔。流体变向喷嘴装入喷头上的喷孔的大孔径进料端,且喷头的进料端固定有管状可拆卸接头,用于和反应设备内的连接件相连接,方便拆卸、检修,以防堵塞。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理。将本实用新型安装于化工生产的反应容器内,液相物料经过本实用新型的混合、雾化喷入反应容器,使物料反应快速完全,增大了反应物料接触的比表面积,减少了副反应,提高了产品的收率和质量,并可降低物料的消耗。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种在化工产品的生产过程中液相反应设备内使用的雾化喷嘴。
二、背景技术
在现有技术中,非离子表面活性剂化工产品的生产工艺中由于无雾化喷射技术要求,因此在生产过程(反应器内)物料混合不均匀,没有形成雾化效果,反应物料之间接触比表面积小,从而导致物料反应不充分,副反应多,产品收率低。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种雾化喷嘴,将其用于生产化工产品的反应设备中,在提高反应设备安全性的同时,提高产品的收率和质量,降低物料的消耗。
本实用新型是这样实现的:雾化喷嘴由喷头、流体变向喷嘴和接头组成。流体变向喷嘴为轮盘状,其中间和盘周分布有喷射通道。喷头为圆管状,其中间的通孔为变径喷孔。流体变向喷嘴装入喷头上的喷孔的大孔径进料端,且喷头的进料端有管状可拆卸接头。为使液相物料的混合雾化效果更好,所述的流体变向喷嘴盘周分布的喷射通道为均匀分布的斜槽形通道。将本实用新型安装于化工生产的反应设备内,液相物料首先进入本实用新型雾化喷嘴的流体变向室,再通过流体变向喷嘴变向,使液相物料充分混合雾化后再经喷头喷入反应器容器内,使物料反应快速完全,增大了产品收率,从而实现了本实用新型的发明目的。

五、具体实施方式
本实用新型是由喷头1、流体变向喷嘴2、可拆卸的接头3依次装配后焊接成的一个整体雾化喷嘴。轮盘状的流体变向喷嘴盘周分布有6个斜槽形通道,中间有φ3mm的喷射孔。喷头1为圆管状,中间的通孔为变径喷孔,其进料端为φ23mm的大孔径,其喷出端的喷孔直径由φ3mm扩至φ5mm。流体变向喷嘴2的轮盘尺寸应与喷头1的大孔径进料端的尺寸相匹配,装入喷头的进料端后,再将管状接头3与喷嘴1进料端焊接,这样就构成了整体的雾化喷嘴。因雾化喷嘴是安装在化工生产中液相进料的反应容器内的,本实用新型是通过接头3装于反应容器内的连接件4上的,所以本实用新型的接头3应与反应容器内连接件4配套。如反应容器内的连接件4为管状内螺纹连接,本实用新型的连接接头3就应采用管状外螺纹的结构形式(如图1);反应容器内的连接件4和本实用新型的连接接头3也可采用法兰连接形式。其目的是方便拆卸、检修,以防堵塞。

1、一种化工产品的液相反应设备中使用的雾化喷嘴,其特征是该喷咀由喷头(1)、流体变向喷嘴(2)和接头(3)组成;流体变向喷嘴(2)为轮盘状,其中间和盘周分布有喷射通道;喷头(1)为圆管状,其中间的通孔为变径喷孔;流体变向喷嘴装入喷头(1)上喷孔的大孔径进料端,且喷头(1)的进料端有管状可拆卸接头(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的雾化喷嘴,其特征是所述的流体变向喷嘴(2)盘周分布的喷射通道为均匀分布的斜槽形通道。
