一种高溶氧喷射混合器,涉及一种生化工程反应
器,适用于好气性微生物培养的发酵罐。其特征在于
由喷嘴、空气吸入室、混合管组成,空气吸入室上部与
喷嘴连接,下部与混合管连接。空气吸入室由空气进
口、喉管及尾管构成。该高溶氧混合器结构简单,
科学合理,制造、维修、操作方便。使用该混合器,能
耗大大降低,省去了空气压缩机系统或罗茨风机系
统,从而节省了投资费用,而且提高了气液间溶氧传
质效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种生化工程反应器,适用于好气性微生物培养的发酵罐,尤其适用于饲料酵母生产和环境工程的处理。
目前应用较为广泛的好气性生物发酵罐,其溶氧主要是采用鼓泡加机械搅拌或单独采用鼓泡的方式来实现。这二种发酵罐都是采用空气压缩机或罗茨风机进行送风,消耗电能较大,氧传质效果差,且噪音也较大。
本实用新型的目的在于克服以上存在的缺陷,提供一种高溶氧喷射混合器,来代替机械搅拌,省略耗能高的风机。
所述的高溶氧混合器,其特征在于由喷嘴、空气吸入室、混合管组成,空气吸入室上部与喷嘴连接,下部与混合管连接。
该高溶氧混合器,结构简单、科学合理,制造、维修、操作方便。使用该混合器,能耗大大降低,省支了空气压缩机系统或罗茨风机系统,从而节省了投资费用,而且提高了气液间溶氧传质效果。
以下结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明,并给出实施例。
图1为高溶氧喷射混合结构示意图。
根据前述技术方案,该高溶喷射混合器包括喷嘴1、空气吸入室2及混合管6,空气吸入室2由空气进口3、喉管4及尾管5构成,所述的混合管6为多节结构。使用时,该混合器连接在发酵罐上,当发酵罐装上料液,由动力泵抽至喷射混合器,经喷嘴喷射,穿入空气吸入室,进入喉管,到达尾管,连接不断地流动动,使空气不断从进气口被吸入到喉管,与料液拌和,产生不断地吸气与料液混合。再经混合管的混合强化,产生气液混合流,促进气液间溶氧传质过程,从而提高了发酵罐里的溶氧作用。

1、一种高溶氧喷射混合器,其特征在于由喷嘴(1)、空气吸入室(2)、混合管(6)组成,空气吸入室(2)上部与喷嘴(1)连接,下部与混合管(6)连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种高溶氧喷射混合器,其特征在于空气吸入室(2)由空气进口(3),喉管(4)及尾管(5)构成。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种高溶氧喷射混合器,其特征在于混合管(6)为多节结构。
