本实用新型涉及生物技术领域。本实用新型提供一种低高径比气体环流生物反应器,其特征在于:喷嘴1设在外循环管2的下部;喷嘴3设在内循环管4的上部;导流板5设在内循环管4的下方。它具有压缩空气与醪液多次混合,搅拌和溶氧效果好,可满足不同菌种发酵的工艺要求,可进行传统机械搅拌罐的技术改造。与同类机械搅拌罐相比,可节能30%,节省维修费80%以上。

本实用新型涉及生物技术领域。
目前,生物技术飞速发展,采用气流搅拌,代替机械搅拌大势所趋,各种类型的内循环、外循环气升式反应器不断出现,但这些反应器普遍存在罐体的径高比大,使用操作不便的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种低高径比气体环流生物反应器,即:使气升式反应器的高径比与机械搅拌罐相近。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
如图1所示,一股压缩空气通过喷嘴1高速喷出,推动醪液沿外循环管2向上提升,进入内循环管4;另一股压缩空气通过喷嘴3射出,将醪液沿内循环管4向下压缩,由内循环管下部喷出。由于导流板5的导向作用,使醪液在反应器内形成环流,从而实现气液多次混和,达到理想的传质、传热效果。采用以上原理和结构进行气体环流的生物反应罐,其罐体的径高比小。

如图1所示,它由罐体6、喷嘴1、外循环管2、喷嘴3、内循环管4、导流板5组成,外循环管2设在罐体6的体外,内循环管4设在罐体6的体内。其特征在于:喷嘴1设在外循环管2的下部,压缩空气经该喷嘴向上喷气;喷嘴3设在内循环管4的上部,压缩空气经该喷嘴向下喷气,导流板5设在内循环管4的下方,从而推动醪液在反应器内形成环流。
本实用新型的优点是:1,采用本结构的生物反应器其罐体高径比在1∶2.6~3.0范围内,与机械搅拌罐相近。2,压缩空气与醪液多次混和,线路长,混合充分,传质效果好。3,醪液在循环过程中,有两次上下环流运动,搅拌效果理想。4,改换喷嘴可满足不同菌种发酵的工艺要求。5,应用本技术,可进行传统机械搅拌罐的技术改造。6,本实用新型结构简单,制造容易,工作可靠。本技术方案经反复试验证明,与同类机械搅拌罐相比,可节能30%,维修费可节省80%以上。
