Claims (4)
1. Granuleringsfremgangsmåde bestående af følgende trin: a -inkorporere, i en næringsmiddelblanding tilpasset til anvendelsesformålet, en probiotisk sammensætning (A) bestående af : - 2 til 30 vægtprocent af sammensætningens totalvægt, af probiotisk gær i tørform agglomereret til kugler med et tørstofindhold svarende til mellem 93 og 98% og en median kuglediameter (d) liggende mellem 800 og 1200 pm, og - fra 70 til 98 vægtprocent af sammensætningens totalvægt, af et næringsmiddelsupplement omfattende mindst én bestanddel valgt fra vitaminer, sporstoffer, aminosyrer og andre additiver beregnet til dyre- eller menneskeføde og/eller sundhed, b -indsprøjte damp ved en temperatur på mellem 60°C og 85°C ved tryk der varierer fra 0,5 til 4 bar i blandingen opnået i det tidligere trin, c -granulere ved tryk ved en temperatur på mellem 70°C og 92°C for at opnå granulater med stor diameter (D) på mellem 2 og 6 mm, og d -afkøle, kendetegnet ved at temperaturen (T) af granuleringstrykket, diameteren (D) af granulaterne, tørstofindholdet (MS) og median kuglediameteren (d) er defineret til at opfylde den følgende ligning: X = -196.482 - 0.023 d + 2.256 (MS) - 14.793 T+ 3.046 D + 6.25x10-5 d (MS) + 0.001 d.T + 5.63x10 5 d.T + 0.167 (MS).T - 0.036 (MS).T - 0.023 D.T + 4.06xl0~6 d2 + 0.003 T2 i hvilken gærtab efter granulering X (logCFU/g initiel - logCFU/g efter granulering) er mindre end 1 log CFU/g granuleret fødevare, og i hvilken det probiotiske gær er valgt fra gær svarende til dem valgt fra gruppen omfattende Saccharomyces cerevisiae-stammen Sc47 deponeret ved NCYC under nummer 47, Saccharomyces cerew's/'ae-stammen deponeret ved Pasteur-samlingen (CNCM) under nummer 1-1077, Saccharomyces cerevisiae-stammen deponeret ved Pasteur-samlingen (CNCM) under nummer 1-1079, Saccharomyces cerevisiae-stammen deponeret ved MUCL-samlingen under nummer 39 885, Saccharomyces cerevisiae-stammen deponeret ved CBS-samlingen under nummer 39 493.94, Kluyveromyces marxianus-stammen deponeret ved MUCL-samlingen under nummer 39434 og blandinger deraf.
