Claims (2)
1. En fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et derivat af chlorin eller bakterio-chlorin med formlen:
Formel (I) hvor: ...... repræsenterer en carbon-carbon enkeltbinding eller en carbon-carbon dobbeltbinding; X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, er hver især uafhængigt valgt blandt halogen (F, Cl, Br) og hydrogenatomer, forudsat at enten alle X2, X4, X6 og X8 eller alle X1, X3, X5 og X7 er halogener, eller alle X er halogener; R-ι, R2, R3, R4, R5, Re, R7, Rs, er uafhængigt valgt blandt H, -OH og -S02R, hvor R er hver især uafhængigt valgt blandt -Cl, -OH, -aminosyre, -ORn, -NHRn og -NR2n hvor Rn er alkyl med 1 til 12 carbonatomer; Y er enten fluor eller hydrogen; der omfatter følgende: (i) den faste tilstandsreduktion af den tilsvarende substituerede porfyrin til derivat af chlorin eller bakteriochlorin, der bruger hydrazider i fravær af opløsningsmidler og eventuelt i fravær af baser, hvor den tilsvarende substituerede porfyrin har formlen:

Formel (III) hvor: ...... repræsenterer en carbon-carbon enkeltbinding eller en carbon-carbon dobbeltbinding; X2 er valgt blandt halogen (F, Cl, Br), X1 er valgt blandt hydrogen eller halogen (F, Cl, Br), og R’ er -S02R; R hver især uafhængigt valgt blandt -Cl, -OH, -aminosyre, -ORn, -NHRn og -NR2n hvor Rn er alkyl med 1 til 12 carbonatomer; der omfatter følgende: (i) den faste tilstandsreduktion af den tilsvarende substituerede porfyrin til derivat af chlorin eller bakteriochlorin, der bruger hydrazider i fravær af opløsningsmidler og eventuelt i fravær af baser, hvor den tilsvarende substituerede porfyrin har formlen:
