Claims (6)

1. Anvendelse afen isocyanat-blanding med et NCO-indhold fra 2 til 22 vægtprocent, kendetegnet ved at den indeholder (a) NCO-præpolymerer med et NCO-indhold fra 1,5 til 18 vægtprocent, og (b) monomerisk 2,2'-diisocyanatdiphenylmethan (MDI) i en mængde fra 1 til 40 vægtprocent, i forhold til isocyanat-blandingen, til fremstilling af et elastisk lag til et sportsgulv ved at blande isocyanat-blandingen i mængder på 6-25 % med: - et gummigranulat såsom, for eksempel, SBR, EPDM, genbrugsgranulat med kornstørrelse på 0,5-50 mm og/eller - fibre med en længde på 0,1-50 mm og/eller - mineral-additiver med kornstørrelse på 1-20 mm.
2. Anvendelse af isocyanat-blandingen ifølge krav 1, hvor sportsgulvet er et kunstgræs, hvor polyisocyanatblandingen påføres i mængder på 7-18 % i formen af en 1K- og/eller 2K-indpakningsbelægning til gummigranulat, hvor fremstillingen af det elastiske lag sker ved spredning af det resulterende belagte gummigranulat i kunstgræsset.
3. Anvendelse af isocyanat-blandingen ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at mængden af monomerisk 2,2'-MDI er 2 til 25 vægtprocent, i særdeleshed 2 til 18 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 3 til 15 vægtprocent.
4. Anvendelse af isocyanat-blandingen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den indeholder katalysatorer, aktivatorer, stabilisatorer, rheologi-forbedrende midler, UV-beskyttelsesmidler, hydrolysebeskyttelsesmidler, emulgatorer, farvestoffer, farvepigmenter og/eller fyldstoffer.
5. Anvendelse af isocyanat-blandingen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor, til fremstillingen af isocyanat-blandingen: A) en organisk polyisocyanat reageres med en NCO-reaktiv forbindelse i en utilstrækkelig mængde, og B) en blanding på 20 til 70 vægtprocent af 2,2'-diisocyanatdiphenylmethan (MDI), 30 til 80 vægtprocent af 2,4'-diisocyanatdiphenylmethan (MDI) og 0 til 10 vægtprocent af 4,4'-diisocyanatdiphenylmethan (MDI) tilsættes til NCO-præpolymeren fremstillet under A).
6. Anvendelse af isocyanat-blandingen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor, til fremstillingen af isocyanat-blandingen: A) en sammenblanding bestående afen blanding på 20 til 70 vægtprocent af 2,2'-MDI, 30 til 80 vægtprocent af 2,4'-MDI og 0 til 10 vægtprocent af 4,4'-MDI, og eventuelt yderligere polyisocyanater fra gruppen bestående af 4,4'-diphenylmethandiisocyanat (4,4'-MDI), 2,4'-MDI, 2,2'-MDI, polymerisk MDI og blandinger deraf, modificeret MDI, toluylendiisocyanat (TDI), hexamethylendiisocyanat (HDI), isophorondiisocyanat (IPDI), H12-MDI (hydrogeneret MDI) og sammenblandinger deraf, reageres med B) en NCO-reaktiv komponent.
