Claims (5)
1. Apparatur til kontinuerlig behandling af fast affaldsmateriale omfattende: en ikke-tryksat beholder (30) med et indløb (32) for affaldsmateriale, som skal indføres med en forudbestemt hastighed således, at under brug fylder affaldsmaterialet kun den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30) til et kendt niveau, et udløb (33) for behandlet affaldsmateriale, og adskillige dampindløb (38) fastgjort til den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30) for selektivt at injicere damp i det indre af den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30), hvor det indre af den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30) omfatter en første zone og en anden zone, hvor, under brug, den første zone er hovedsagelig fyldt med affaldsmateriale og den anden zone er stort set tom for affaldsmateriale, hvor et drev er indrettet til at rotere den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30) og således under brug at bevæge dampindløbene (38) imellem den første zone og den anden zone således, at til enhver tid er kun nogle af dampindløbene (38) beliggende i den første zone, og apparaturet yderligere omfatter dampstyreorganer (36) omfattende en fordelingsventil til at dirigere damp fra en dampgenerator til en dampindgang, hvilken fordelerventil omfatter et ventillegeme med en indløbsåbning (52), som fluidmæssigt kan forbindes med dampgeneratoren og adskillige udløbsåbninger (54), som fluidmæssigt kan forbindes med dampindgangen, hvor fordelerventilen er indrettet således, at til enhver tid er i det mindste én af udløbsåbningerne (54) fluidmæssigt afbrudt fra indløbsåbningen (52) og hvorved, under brug, damp alene tilføres dampindløb (38) i den første zone, kendetegnet ved, at apparaturet yderligere omfatter opvarmningsorganer til at opvarme og/eller opretholde temperaturen i det indre af den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30) til en temperatur på 160°C til 200°C, idet opvarmningsorganerne består af organer til at opvarme luft og organer til at blæse den opvarmede luft ind i den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30).
2. Apparatur ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor udløbet (33) er forbundet med et sorteringskammer, hvor det behandlede affaldsmateriale opdeles i plast, jernholdige metaller, ikke-jernholdige metaller og biomasse af cellulosemateriale.
3. Fremgangsmåde til kontinuerlig behandling af affaldsmateriale omfattende følgende trin: a) indføring af partikelformet affaldsmateriale i den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30) i apparatet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, b) opvarmning via opvarmningsorganerne og opretholdelse af det indre af den ikke-tryksatte beholder ved en temperatur på imellem 150°C og 200°C, og c) behandling af det partikelformede affaldsmateriale med damp ved en temperatur på 150°C til 200°C, hvor dampen injiceres alene i det partikelformede affaldsmateriale.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor affaldsmaterialet indføres ved indløbet (32) til den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30) og behandlet affaldsmateriale afgives ved udløbet (33) fra den ikke-tryksatte beholder (30).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3 eller 4, hvor det behandlede affaldsmateriale omfatter en biomasse af cellulose, plast, jernholdige metaller og ikke-jernholdige metaller.
