啤酒厂糖化锅废汽循环再利用技术改造工程,通过实施本发明技术改造,将排空的蒸汽收集起来用蒸汽的压力推动汽轮机的旋转而产生电能,发电后将蒸汽还原成水,不管取的电能和水能是不用任何能源支持而取得的,对节能环保和增收起到积极的作用。

技术领域:机械制造,啤酒生产工艺。 
技术背景:锅炉、管道、汽轮发电机 
发明内容:通过技术改造,将排空的废蒸汽收集起来,用蒸汽的压力推动汽轮机的旋转而产生电能,发电后,将蒸汽还原成水能,不管取得的电能和水能,是不用任何能源支持的而取得,取的能源企业自用,对节能环保和企业增收都起到积极的作用。 
我国有规模不等的啤酒企业百余家,糖化锅数千座,每年排放的蒸汽数亿吨,每吨蒸汽耗煤1.3吨左右,水耗数亿吨,而这些水和蒸汽是用能源换来的,不治理,不改造白白浪费掉。带有余热余压排放的蒸汽,是不可多得的宝贵资源,而加以利用,形成一条为企业增收环保的绿色产业链。 
具体实施方式:根据糖化锅排放量大小,确定工业制备的规模和汽轮机的类型和发电量的大小。

1.一种啤酒厂糖化锅废汽循环再利用技术改造工程蒸汽收集器装置,其特征是,把数量不等的糖化锅排空的废汽收在一个容器中。
2.啤酒厂糖化锅废汽循环再利用技术改造工程,蒸汽的输送管道,其特征是,不用能源支持而产生发电的效果,不用其它蒸汽接通管道。
