Claims (21)
1. Arrangement til styring af et computerapparat (130) forbundet med et grafisk display (120), hvilket display (120) udgør en repræsentation af en flerhed af GUI-komponenter (220), der er konfigureret til at blive manipuleret på grundlag af brugergenererede kommandoer, hvor arrangementet omfatter et display og en begivenhedsmotor (ENG: event engine) konfigureret til at modtage et øjesporingsdatasignal, som beskriver en brugers punktbetragtning på displayet, og i det mindste baseret på øjesporingsdatasignalet, er konfigureret til at fremstille et sæt af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler, der påvirker GUI-komponenterne (220), hvor hver af de ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler beskriver et forskelligt aspekt af brugerens okular aktivitet i forhold til displayet, hvor begivenhedsmotoren er konfigureret til: at modtage en respektive styresignalanmodning (Ra, .... Rn) fra hver af GUI-komponenterne (220), hvor hver respektive styresignalanmodning (Ra, .... Rn) definerer en undergruppe af sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler, hvilket kræves af en tilsvarende én af GUI-komponenterne for at fungere efter hensigten, at fremstille sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler (D-Hi|), som faktisk er anmodet af den respektive styresignalanmodning fra hver af GUI-komponenterne (220), og at levere sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler til GUI-komponenterne (220) i overensstemmelse med hver respektive styresignalanmodning (Ra, .... Rn).
2. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, hvor computerapparatet (130) er konfigureret til at modtage et markørstyresignal (K) og styre en grafisk pointer på displayet som respons på markørstyresignalet (K).
3. Arrangement ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, ..., 220n) er konfigureret til at generere mindst ét respektive udgangsstyresignal ved en brugermanipulation af komponenten.
4. Arrangement ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1-3, hvor begivenhedsmotoren (210) er konfigureret til at fremstille i det mindste et første signal af de ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler baseret på en dynamisk udvikling af øjesporingsdatasignalet.
5. Arrangement ifølge krav 4, hvor det første signal repræsenterer et særligt stirremønster over displayet (120).
6. Arrangement ifølge krav 5, hvor mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, ..., 220n) er konfigureret til at fortolke det første signal som en estimeret intention af brugeren (110) og til at udløse en brugermanipulation af komponenten som respons på den estimerede intention.
7. Arrangement ifølge krav 5, hvor mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, ..., 220n) er konfigureret til at fortolke det første signal som et estimeret opmærksomhedsni veau af brugeren (110) og til at udløse en brugermanipulation af komponenten som respons på det estimerede opmærksomhedsniveau.
8. Arrangement ifølge krav 5, hvor mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, 220n) er konfigureret til at fortolke det første signal som en sindstilstandsparameter af brugeren (110), og til at udløse en brugermanipulation af komponenten som respons på sindstilstandsparameteren.
9. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, hvor begivenhedsmotoren (210) er konfigureret til at modtage mindst ét ekstra indgangssignal og til at fremstille sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler på det yderligere grundlag af nævnte mindst ét ekstra indgangssignal.
10. Arrangement ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte mindst ét ekstra indgangssignal (D:) stammer fra mindst én af en knap, en omskifter, et talesignal, et bevægelsesmønster fra et indgangselement, et gestusmønster, et ansigtsudtryk og et EEG-signal.
11. Fremgangsmåde til styring af et computerapparat (130) forbundet med et grafisk display (120), hvilket display repræsenterer en flerhed af GUI-komponenter (220), der er konfigureret til at blive manipuleret på grundlag af brugergenererede kommandoer, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at præsentere repræsentationer af GUI-komponenter (220) på displayet, hvilken repræsentationer omfatter et program, der har brugergrænseflader, der indbefatter områder, som kan blive aktiveret ved okular aktivitet af brugeren (110); at modtage ved en begivenhedsmotor (210) et øjesporingsdatasignal, som beskriver en brugers punktbetragtning på displayet med hensyn til områderne, at modtage ved begivenhedsmotoren (210) en respektive styresignalanmodning fra hver af GUI-komponenterne (220), hvor den respektive styresignalanmodning definerer en undergruppe af et sæt af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler, hvor undergruppen af sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler kræves af en tilsvarende én af GUI-komponenterne for at kunne fungere efter hensigten, at fremstille sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler i det mindste baseret på øjesporingsdatasignalet, hvor sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler påvirker GUI-komponenterne, hvor hver af de ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler beskriver et forskelligt aspekt af brugerens okular aktivitet i forhold til displayet (120), hvor sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler faktisk er anmodet af den respektive styresignalanmodning fra hver af GUI-komponenterne, og at levere fra begivenhedsmotoren (210) sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler til GUI-komponenterne (220) i overensstemmelse med hver respektive styresignalanmodning.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, der yderligere omfatter et markørstyresignal og styring af en grafisk markør på displayet (120) som respons på markørstyresignalet.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 eller 12, yderligere omfattende at genere mindst ét udgangsstyresignal ved mindst én af GUI-komponenterne ved en brugermanipulation af nævnte mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, 220n).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 11 - 13, yderligere omfattende at fremstille i det mindste et første signal af de ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler (D-Hij) baseret på en dynamisk udvikling af øjesporingsdatasignalet.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor det første signal repræsenterer et særligt stirremønster over displayet (120).
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, yderligere omfattende at fortolke det første signal med mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, ..., 220n) som en estimeret intention af brugeren (110), og at udløse en brugermanipulation af nævnte mindst én af GUI-komponenterne som respons på den estimerede intention.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, yderligere omfattende at fortolke det første signal med mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, ..., 220n) som et estimeret opmærksomhedsniveau af brugeren (110), og at udløse en brugermanipulation af nævnte mindst én af GUI-komponenterne som respons på det estimerede opmærksomhedsniveau.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, yderligere omfattende at fortolke det første signal med mindst én af GUI-komponenterne som en sindstilstandsparameter af brugeren (110), og at udløse en brugermanipulation af nævnte mindst én af GUI-komponenterne (220a, ..., 220n) som respons på sindstilstandsparameteren.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, yderligere omfattende: at modtage mindst ét ekstra indgangssignal (Dj), og at fremstille sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler på det yderligere grundlag af nævnte mindst ét ekstra indgangssignal (Dj).
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor nævnte mindst ét ekstra indgangssignal (Dj) stammer fra mindst én af en knap, en omskifter, et talesignal, et bevægelsesmønster fra et indgangselement, et gestusmønster, et ansigtsudtryk og et EEG-signal.

Ikke-midlertidigt computerlæsbart medium med et program registreret derpå til styring af et computerapparat (130) forbundet med et grafisk display (120), hvilket display repræsenterer af en flerhed af GUI-komponenter (220), der kan blive manipuleret på grundlag af bruger-genererede kommandoer, hvor programmet opererer som en begivenhedsmotor (210), og hvor programmet indbefatter computerlæsbare programkodedele lagret derpå, og hvor de computerlæsbare programkodedele omfatter: en første programkodedel konfigureret til at modtage et øjesporingsdatasignal, som beskriver en brugers punktbetragtning på displayet; en anden programkodedel konfigureret til at modtage en respektive styresignalanmodning fra hver af GUI-komponenterne (220a, ..., 220n), hvor den respektive styresignalanmodning definerer en undergruppe af et sæt af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler, hvor undergruppen af sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsud gangssignaler (D-Hir) kræves af en tilsvarende én af GUI-komponenterne for at fungere efter hensigten; en tredje programkodedel konfigureret til at fremstille sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler (D-Hir) i det mindste baseret på øjesporingsdatasignalet, hvor sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler påvirker GUI-komponenten (220), hvor hver af de ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler beskriver et forskelligt aspekt af brugerens okular aktivitet i forhold til displayet (120), hvor sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler (D-Hi,) faktisk er anmodet af den respektive styresignalanmodning fra hver af GUI-komponenterne; og en fjerde programkodedel konfigureret til at levere sættet af ikke-markør kontrollerende begivenhedsudgangssignaler til GUI-komponenterne (220) i overensstemmelse med hver respektive styresignalanmodning.
