Claims (17)
1. Gennemløbscytometrisystem omfattende: a. en prøveinjektionsdyse (3) med et indsprøjtningspunkt, gennem hvilket en prøve kan indføres, b. en bærefluidbeholder (1) med en bundende, og hvori prøveinjektionsdysen (3) er placeret inde i bærefluidbeholderen (1), c. en bærefluidport tilsluttet bærefluidbeholderen (1), d. en enkelttorsionsorienteringsdyse (6) placeret mindst delvist under indsprøjtningspunktet, og e. et analysesystem, som måler under enkelttorsionsorienteringsdysen (6), hvori enkelttorsionsorienteringsdysen (6) omfatter et indre enkelttorsionsoverfla-deelement med et tilspidset, ellipse-lignede, indre enkelttorsionselement, som er opdelt i en tilspidset, ellipse-lignende indre zone (c) og en cylindrisk indre zone (d), og hvori den tilspidsede ellipse-lignende indre zone (c) er tilsluttet direkte til den cylindriske indre zone (d) og en cirkulær udgangsåbning (15) i dysen (6).
2. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 1 og yderligere omfattende et sædopsamlingssystem.
3. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 1, hvori det tilspidsede, ellipselignende, indre enkelttorsionsoverfladeelement omfatter: a. en ellipse-lignende markeringssted (9) placeret omkring indsprøjtningspunktet, og b. en ellipsitet-aftagende zone (10), der strækker sig fra under det ellipselignende markeringssted (9).
4. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 1, hvori den tilspidsede ellipselignende indre zone (c) omfatter: a. en ellipsitet-øgende zone (8), b. et ellipselignende markeringssted (9) nedstrøms for den ellipsitet-øgende zone (8), og c. en ellipsitet-aftagende zone (10), der strækker sig fra det ellipse-lignende markeringssted (9).
5. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 3 eller 4, og yderligere omfattende: a. en konisk zone (12) placeret under den ellipsitet-aftagende zone (10), og hvori b. den cylindriske zone (14) placeret under den koniske zone (12), hvori både den koniske zone (12) og den cylindriske zone (14) omfatter en laminar strømningsflade, c. den cirkulære udgangsåbning (15) placeret under den cylindriske zone (14), d. en oscillator, som den cirkulære udgangsåbning (15) reagerer på, og e. et gennemløbscytometrisorteringssystem under enkelttorsionsorienteringsdysen (6).
6. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 5, hvori det tilspidsede ellipselignende indre enkelttorsionsoverfladeelement, den koniske zone (12) og den cylindriske zone (14) er en enhed.
7. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 6, hvori enkelttorsionsorienteringsdysen (6) har en nedstrøms retning, hvori den ellipsitet-aftagende zone (10) har tværsnit og tværsnitsarealer, hvori tværsnittene af den ellipsitet-aftagende zone (10) undergår ændringer i overgange fra ellipse-lignende former til cirkulære former nedstrøms, og hvori tværsnitsarealerne bliver tiltagende mindre nedstrøms.
8. Gennemløbscytometrisytem ifølge krav 7, hvori hvert af den ellipsitet-aftagende zones (10) tværsnit har en storakse og en lilleakse, og hvori storaksen og lilleaksen nedstrøms bliver tiltagende ens.
9. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 5, hvori det tilspidsede indre enkelttorsionsoverfladeelement omfatter et indre overfladeelement, der spidser til ved ca. 232.
10. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 6, hvori det tilspidsede ellipselignende indre enkelttorsionsoverfladeelement har en munding (11), og hvori mundingen (11) er ca. 5,25 mm i diameter og den cirkulære udgangsåbning (15) er ca. 0,07 mm i diameter.
11. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 4, hvori det orienteringsforbedrende prøveinjektionsrør omfatter en affaset spids (4).
12. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 11, hvori den affasede spids har en cirkulær munding (5), og hvori den cirkulære munding (5) har en diameter på ca. 0,01 mm.
13. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 11, hvori den tilspidsede, ellipselignende indre zone har en storakse og en lilleakse ved indsprøjtningspunktet, og hvori storaksen på den affasede spids (4) er på linie med storaksen på den tilspidsede, ellipse-lignende indre zone ved indsprøjtningspunktet.
14. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 13, hvori indsprøjtningspunktet er placeret ca. 6 mm fra den cirkulære udgangsåbning (15) af enkelttorsionsorienteringsdysen (6).
15. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 1, hvori prøven omfatter sædceller i en sædkompatibel buffer.
16. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 15, hvori analysesystemet omfatter en gennemløbscy tom et risorteringssystem.
17. Gennemløbscytometrisystem ifølge krav 15, yderligere omfattende et sædkompatibelt opsamlingssystem.
