Abstract
Un método de procesamiento de muestras de citometría de flujo, un método de crear un especímen de esperma sexuado y un método para crear un mamífero. La disposicion de boquilla mejorada para un citometro de flujo y métodos que acompanan han sido inventados para una orientacion altamente eficiente y proceso de clasificacion en una muestra plana e ítem dedicados tales como células de esperma de equinos o de bovinos. La disposicion de boquilla mejorada comprende una boquilla con una geometría de superficie interior novedosa que puede acelerar gentilmente las células e incluso incluir un elemento de superficie interior de torsion individual tipo elíptica dentro de la boquilla, por ejemplo una boquilla de orientacion de torsion individual. El elemento de superficie interior de torsion invididual tipo elíptica puede tener una superficie de flujo laminar y puede producir el paso de flujo más simple para aplicar fuerzas mínimas las cuales actuan en naturaleza de aceleracion o fuerzas hidrodinámicas de orientacion, es decir, las fuerzas de orientacion de torsion individual, para orientar una muestra plana tal como células de esperma animales dentro de una direccion apropiada para un análisis y procesode clasificacion eficiente en uso clínico para investigacion y para la industria de inseminacion animal.
