Claims (26)
1. Plastbeholder omfattende en beholder (10) med et ikke-plan udvendig overflade (20), kendetegnet ved, at beholderen omfatter et basisovertræk, som er et digitalt trykt basisovertræk, og hvori et digitalt billede er trykt på mindst et parti af basisovertrækket, hvilket digitale billede er trykt derpå med blækdråber (30), hvori blækdråberne (30), som danner det digitale billede, varierer i diameter fra 10 til 200μ, og hvori blækdråberne (30) er i området fra 200 til 1200 dråber pr. tomme (dpi).
2. Beholder (1) ifølge krav 1, hvori blækdråberne (30) varierer i diameter fra 30 til 90μ.
3. Beholder (1) ifølge krav 1, hvori blækdråberne (30) er i området fra 300 til 1200 dpi.
4. Beholder (1) ifølge krav 1, hvori blækdråberne (30) er spredt ud på beholderoverfladen, og partier af dråberne (30) overlapper tilstødende dråber (32).
5. Beholder (1) ifølge krav 1, hvori blækdråberne (30) er tilvejebragt i et gittermønster, som er defineret af en beregnet eller forventet dråbeafgivelse.
6. Beholder (1) ifølge krav 1, hvori vinklen af kanterne (36, 38) af blækdråberne (30a, 30b) er fra ca. 5 til ca. 25°.

9. Beholder ifølge krav 1, hvori hele det digitale billede er trykt på basisovertrækket.
10. Beholder (10) ifølge krav 1, hvori et parti af basisovertrækket danner en del af det digitale billede.
11. Beholder (10) ifølge krav 1, hvori et parti af beholderens overflade tilvejebringer et parti af den farvedannende del af det digitale billede, og hvori beholderens udvendige overflade er en buet udvendig overflade (20).
12. Fremgangsmåde (40) til trykning af digitale billeder på plastbeholdere (10), omfattende tilvejebringelse af en hul plastbeholder (10) med en ikke-plan udvendig overflade (20); bevægelse af beholderen (10) langs en bane forbi et digitalt trykkested (50) med en flerhed af bevægelige printer hoved er (60), som tilvejebringer blækdråber (30), kendetegnet ved at omfatte det trin at påføre beholderen (10) et basisovertræk (90) forud for trykning af det digitale billede, hvori det digitale billede tilvejebringes på mindst en del af basisovertrækket (90), hvori basisovertrækket (90) er trykt på beholderen (10), hvori blækdråberne (30), som danner det digitale billede, har en diameter fra 10 til 200μ, og blækdråberne er i området fra 200 til 1200 dråber pr. tomme (dpi); samt trykning af et digitalt billede på den ikke-plane beholderoverflade (20) ved påføring af blækdråberne (30) på basisovertrækket (90) på beholderoverfladen (20).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvori blækdråberne (30) påføres beholderoverfladen (20), mens beholderen bevæger sig, og hvori en flerhed af beholdere (10) er tilvejebragt i rækkefølge.
14. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, omfattende skanning af beholderens overflade (20) før beholderen bevæges forbi det digitale trykkested, hvori skanningen frembringer beholderoverfladedata, hvilke beholderoverfladedata kommunikeres til trykkehovederne (60), og mindst et parti af de kommunikerede data anvendes til at styre afstanden mellem et parti af trykkehovederne (60) og beholderoverfladen (20), der skal trykkes, og hvori beholderoverfladedataene omfatter overfladekurvedata.
15. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori trykke hoved erne (60) under trykkeprocessen bevæges for at holde en i det væsentlige konstant afstand mellem et parti af trykkehovederne, der afgiver blæk, og beholderoverfladen (20), der skal trykkes.
16. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori trykkehovederne (60) under trykkeprocessen bevæges for at holde en 1 mm til 0,3 mm standoff afstand (SD) mel lem et parti af trykkehovederne (10), der afgiver blæk, og beholderoverfladen (20), der skal trykkes.
17. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori blækket holdes i trykkehovederne (60) ved en temperatur på ca. 40°C til ca. 50°C for påføring af blækdråberne (30), og hvori den udvendige beholderoverflade (20) er en buet udvendig overflade og skannes med laserskanning (80).
18. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori beholderne (10) bevæges med konstant hastighed (V).
19. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori beholderne (10) bevæges med ikke-konstant hastighed, beholdernes (10) hastighed (V) måles og kommunikeres til printerhovederne (60), og bevægelsen af printerhovederne (60) og påføring af blækdråberne (30) koordineres i forhold til den målte hastighed (V).
20. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori det trykte digitale billede hærdes efter trykning, og hvori billedet trykkes med UV-hærdelig blæk, og hvori det trykte billede hærdes med UV-lys.
21. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 20, hvori billedet hærdes 0,5 til 5 sekunder efter at blækdråberne (30) rører ved beholderoverfladen (20).
22. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori blækdråberne (30) spredes ud på beholderoverfladen (20), og mindst en del af blækdråberne over overlapper med tilstødende dråber (32).
23. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori vinklen (92a) af blækdråbernes kanter er i området fra er fra ca. 5 til ca. 25°.
24. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori vinklen (92a) af blækdråbernes kanter er i området fra ca. 12 til ca. 15°.
25. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, hvori de digitale billeder har flere farver, og hvori individuelle blækdråber (30) har varierende diametre.
26. Fremgangsmåde (40) ifølge krav 12, omfattende forbehandling af beholderen (10) forud for påføring af basisovertrækket (90), og omfattende skanning af det digitale billede påfølgende trykning for at bestemme, om det digitale billede opfylder fastlagte kriterier.
