Claims (18)
1. En flytbar sugeenhed til dannelse af et injektionsområde for resin under fremstilling af laminater, til placering ovenpå vakuumfolien og yderligere omfattende en opadhvælvet underside samt midler til dannelse af undertryk mellem undersiden og den underliggende vakuumfolie, således at sugeenheden er flytbar under fremstillingen.
2. En flytbar sugeenhed ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at sugeenhedens opadhvælvede underside danner en langstrakt kanal.
3. En flytbar sugeenhed ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at sugeenhedens opadhvælvede underside danner en omvendt skål.
4. En flytbar sugeenhed ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne til dannelse af undertryk tilsluttes mindst en perforering i den opadhvælvede underside.
5. En flytbar sugeenhed ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at sugeenheden yderligere omfatter mindst en kanal udmundende i mindst en del af sugeenhedens anlægsflade mod den underliggende vakuumfolie til tilførsel af smøremidler til nedsættelse af friktionen mod vakuumfolien under flytning.
6. En flytbar sugeenhed ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at sugeenheden yderligere omfatter mindst en kanal udmundende i den opadhvælvede underside til tilførsel af resin.
7. En flytbar sugeenhed ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1-6, kendetegnet ved, at være fremstillet i det mindste delvist i et fleksibelt materiale såsom en blød plast, gummi eller lignende.
8. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat omfattende dannelse af undertryk mellem en form og en vakuumfolie og tilførsel af resin fra injektionsområder til laminatets lag beliggende i formen, hvilken metode er kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte flytning af injektionsområdeme under tilførslen.
9. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge krav 8 kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte anvendelse af en flytbar sugeenhed ifølge kravene 1-7.
10. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-9 kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte: - placering af den flytbare sugeenhed ovenpå vakuumfolien, - dannelse af injektionsområde under sugeenheden ved at påføre undertryk mellem vakuumfolien og sugeenheden, - distribution af resin fra injektionsområderne og - flytning af resin-distributionen ved at flytte sugeenheden.
11. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-10, kendetegnet ved, at undertrykket mellem vakuumfolien og sugeenheden dannes inden dannelsen af undertryk mellem formen og vakuumfolien.
12. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-11, kendetegnet ved, at undertrykket mellem vakuumfolien og sugeenheden dannes efter dannelsen af undertryk mellem formen og vakuumfolien.
13. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-12, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en del af sugeenheden flyttes under resin-tilførslen i en retning i det mindste delvist i kølvandet på resinens flydefront.
14. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-13, kendetegnet ved, at en ende af sugeenheden flyttes langs en rand af formen.
15. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-14, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en del af sugeenheden flyttes hen til efter-injektion i en anden del af laminatet.
16. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-15, kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte placering af en manifold med resin- tilførsel under vakuumfolien.
17. En metode til fremstilling af et laminat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 8-16, kendetegnet ved yderligere at omfatte tilførsel af resin fra sugeenheden gennem et eller flere huller i vakuumfolien.
18. Anvendelse af en flytbar sugeenhed til resin-tilførsel ved fremstilling af et laminat, hvilken sugeenhed er beskrevet ved kravene 1-7.
