本发明公开了一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,包括上方的定模和下方的动模,所述定模和动模闭合后中间形成型腔,所述型腔的周围形成若干与型腔相连的压膜腔,所述动模板上设置有切刀通道,所述切刀通道内安装有切刀,所述切刀通道与压膜腔相连,所述切刀通过连杆与顶板相连,所述动模板上表面内嵌有滑块,所述滑块可从动模板外缘沿水平方向向压膜腔内滑动,所述滑块与电机相连,所述大凹槽的底面设置有若干抽气孔,所述抽气孔与真空泵相连,本发明所提供的一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,能牢固固定装饰薄膜,使其在合模、注塑过程中不易移位,还能自动切除多余的装饰薄膜,并自动清除注塑后残留的废料,贴膜效果稳定,工序简单方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
模内装饰技术(IMD)是目前国际风行的表面装饰技术,表面硬化透明薄膜,中间印刷图案层,背面注塑层,油墨中间,可使产品防止表面被刮花和耐摩擦,并可长期保持颜色的鲜明不易褪色。它是在薄膜表面上施以印刷、高压成型,再放入注塑模具中使其与注塑材料一体成型。但在实际注塑过程中,装饰薄膜放入型腔后,往往由于薄膜不能紧贴在型腔中,或注塑时流体冲击的影响,使薄膜发生褶皱移位等情况,影响贴膜装饰的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,对装饰薄膜的固定效果好,工序简单方便,并且能够自动清除注塑后残留的废料。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,包括上方的定模和下方的动模,所述动模包括动模板和安装板,所述动模板和安装板通过立柱相连,所述安装板上设置有顶板,所述动模板上表面具有可供装饰薄膜放入的大凹槽,所述大凹槽周围与若干供装饰薄膜延长边放入的小凹槽相连,所述定模和动模闭合后中间形成型腔,所述型腔的周围形成若干与型腔相连的压膜腔,所述压膜腔的高度与装饰薄膜的厚度相等,所述动模板上设置有切刀通道,所述切刀通道内安装有切刀,所述切刀通道与压膜腔相连,所述切刀通过连杆与顶板相连,所述动模板上表面内嵌有滑块,所述滑块可从动模板外缘沿水平方向向压膜腔内滑动,所述滑块与电机相连,所述大凹槽的底面设置有若干抽气孔,所述抽气孔与真空泵相连。
所述小凹槽数量为两个,分别位于大凹槽的两侧。
所述动模上还设置有顶针,所述顶针可通过动模板上的顶针孔伸入型腔。
所述定模上设置有若干气孔。
所述定模上设置有注塑流道。
所述定模内安装有加热装置。
所述定模内安装有水冷降温管路。
本发明的有益效果在于:
动模板表面的大凹槽和小凹槽,在动模和定模闭合前对放入的装饰薄膜起定位作用,大凹槽底面的抽气孔与真空泵相连,可利用真空吸力使装饰薄膜紧贴在大凹槽内,使其在合模过程中不易移位,合模后形成的压膜腔,可利用定模和动模将装饰薄膜的延长边压紧,使其在注塑过程中不易移位;
注塑工序完成后,顶板将切刀顶起,切刀的刀头通过切刀通道进入压膜腔内,将装饰薄膜的延长边切从注塑产品上切去,产品注塑完成后不需要人工进行二次切边,使工序简单、方便;
动模板上设置的滑块,可在注塑工艺完成,并将注塑产品取出后,将切割下来的装饰薄膜废料或注塑残留从压膜腔内刮起推出,从而便于移除,使其防止废料残留在压膜腔内,影响下次注塑。
因此,本发明所提供的一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,能牢固固定装饰薄膜,使其在合模、注塑过程中不易移位,还能自动切除多余的装饰薄膜,并自动清除注塑后残留的废料,贴膜效果稳定,工序简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和2所示的一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,包括上方的定模1和下方的动模,所述动模包括动模板2和安装板3,所述动模板2和安装板3通过立柱4相连,所述安装板3上设置有顶板5,所述动模板2上表面具有可供装饰薄膜放入的大凹槽6,所述大凹槽6周围与若干供装饰薄膜延长边放入的小凹槽7相连,所述定模1和动模闭合后中间形成型腔8,所述型腔8的周围形成若干与型腔8相连的压膜腔9,所述压膜腔9的高度与装饰薄膜的厚度相等,所述动模板2上设置有切刀10通道,所述切刀10通道内安装有切刀10,所述切刀10通道与压膜腔9相连,所述切刀10通过连杆与顶板5相连,所述动模板2上表面内嵌有滑块11,所述滑块11可从动模板2外缘沿水平方向向压膜腔9内滑动,所述滑块11与电机12相连,所述大凹槽6的底面设置有若干抽气孔13,所述抽气孔13与真空泵相连。
所述小凹槽7数量为两个,分别位于大凹槽6的两侧,使装饰薄膜收到的拉力均衡。
所述动模上还设置有顶针,所述顶针可通过动模板2上的顶针孔伸入型腔8,便于注塑完成后脱模。
所述定模1上设置有若干气孔,用于注塑过程中型腔8排气。
所述定模1上设置有注塑流道14。
所述定模1内安装有加热装置。
所述定模1内安装有水冷降温管路。
本发明的有益效果在于:
动模板2表面的大凹槽6和小凹槽7,在动模和定模1闭合前对放入的装饰薄膜起定位作用,大凹槽6底面的抽气孔13与真空泵相连,可利用真空吸力使装饰薄膜紧贴在大凹槽6内,使其在合模过程中不易移位,合模后形成的压膜腔9,可利用定模1和动模将装饰薄膜的延长边压紧,使其在注塑过程中不易移位;
注塑工序完成后,顶板5将切刀10顶起,切刀10的刀头通过切刀10通道进入压膜腔9内,将装饰薄膜的延长边切从注塑产品上切去,不需要人工进行产品注塑完成后的二次切边,使工序简单、方便。
动模板上设置的滑块11,可在注塑工艺完成并将注塑产品取出后,将切割下来的装饰薄膜延长边或注塑残留从压膜腔9内刮起推出,从而便于移除,防止废料残留在压膜腔9内,影响下次注塑。

1.一种便于加工的模内贴膜模具,其特征在于,包括上方的定模和下方的动模,所述动模包括动模板和安装板,所述动模板和安装板通过立柱相连,所述安装板上设置有顶板,所述动模板上表面具有可供装饰薄膜放入的大凹槽,所述大凹槽周围与若干供装饰薄膜延长边放入的小凹槽相连,所述定模和动模闭合后中间形成型腔,所述型腔的周围形成若干与型腔相连的压膜腔,所述压膜腔的高度与装饰薄膜的厚度相等,所述动模板上设置有切刀通道,所述切刀通道内安装有切刀,所述切刀通道与压膜腔相连,所述切刀通过连杆与顶板相连,所述动模板上表面内嵌有滑块,所述滑块可从动模板外缘沿水平方向向压膜腔内滑动,所述滑块与电机相连,所述大凹槽的底面设置有若干抽气孔,所述抽气孔与真空泵相连。
