本发明公开了一种自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具,包括上方的定模和下方的动模,所述动模包括动模板和安装板,所述定模和动模闭合后中间形成型腔,所述型腔的周围形成若干与型腔相连的压膜腔,所述压膜腔的高度与装饰薄膜的厚度相等,所述动模板上设置有切刀通道,所述切刀通道内安装有切刀,所述切刀通道与压膜腔相连,所述切刀通过连杆与顶板相连,所述动模板上表面内嵌有滑块,所述滑块可从动模板外缘沿水平方向向压膜腔内滑动,所述滑块与电机相连。本发明所提供的一种自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具,利用模具本身固定装饰薄膜,使其不易移位,能自动切除多余的装饰薄膜,并自动清除注塑后残留的废料,贴膜效果稳定,工序简单方便。

自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
模内装饰技术(IMD)是目前国际风行的表面装饰技术,表面硬化透明薄膜,中间印刷图案层,背面注塑层,油墨中间,可使产品防止表面被刮花和耐摩擦,并可长期保持颜色的鲜明不易褪色。它是在薄膜表面上施以印刷、高压成型,再放入注塑模具中使其与注塑材料一体成型。但在实际注塑过程中,装饰薄膜放入型腔后,往往由于薄膜不能紧贴在型腔中,或注塑时流体冲击的影响,使薄膜发生褶皱移位等情况,影响贴膜装饰的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具,贴膜效果稳定,工序简单方便,并且能够自动清除注塑后残留的废料。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具,包括上方的定模和下方的动模,所述动模包括动模板和安装板,所述动模板和安装板通过立柱相连,所述安装板上设置有顶板,所述动模板上表面具有可供装饰薄膜放入的大凹槽,所述大凹槽周围与若干供装饰薄膜延长边放入的小凹槽相连,所述定模和动模闭合后中间形成型腔,所述型腔的周围形成若干与型腔相连的压膜腔,所述压膜腔的高度与装饰薄膜的厚度相等,所述动模板上设置有切刀通道,所述切刀通道内安装有切刀,所述切刀通道与压膜腔相连,所述切刀通过连杆与顶板相连,所述动模板上表面内嵌有滑块,所述滑块可从动模板外缘沿水平方向向压膜腔内滑动,所述滑块与电机相连。
所述小凹槽数量为两个,分别位于大凹槽的两侧。
所述动模上还设置有顶针,所述顶针可通过动模板上的顶针孔伸入型腔。
所述定模上设置有若干气孔。
所述定模上设置有注塑流道。
所述定模内安装有加热装置。
所述定模内安装有水冷降温管路。
本发明的有益效果在于:
动模板表面的大凹槽和小凹槽,在动模和定模闭合前对放入的装饰薄膜起定位作用,使其不易移位,合模后形成的压膜腔,可利用定模和动模将装饰薄膜的延长边压紧,使其在注塑过程中不易移位;
注塑工序完成后,顶板将切刀顶起,切刀的刀头通过切刀通道进入压膜腔内,将装饰薄膜的延长边切从注塑产品上切去,产品注塑完成后不需要人工进行二次切边,使工序简单、方便;
动模板上设置的滑块,可在注塑工艺完成并将注塑产品取出后,将切割下来的装饰薄膜延长边或注塑残留从压膜腔内刮起推出,从而便于移除,防止废料残留在压膜腔内,影响下次注塑。
因此,本发明所提供的一种自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具,利用模具本身固定装饰薄膜,使其不易移位,能自动切除多余的装饰薄膜,并自动清除注塑后残留的废料,贴膜效果稳定,工序简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和2所示的一种自动清除废料的模内贴膜模具,包括上方的定模1和下方的动模,所述动模包括动模板2和安装板3,所述动模板2和安装板3通过立柱4相连,所述安装板3上设置有顶板5,所述动模板2上表面具有可供装饰薄膜放入的大凹槽6,所述大凹槽6周围与若干供装饰薄膜延长边放入的小凹槽7相连,所述定模1和动模闭合后中间形成型腔8,所述型腔8的周围形成若干与型腔8相连的压膜腔9,所述压膜腔9的高度与装饰薄膜的厚度相等,所述动模板2上设置有切刀10通道,所述切刀10通道内安装有切刀10,所述切刀10通道与压膜腔9相连,所述切刀10通过连杆与顶板5相连,所述动模板2上表面内嵌有滑块11,所述滑块11可从动模板2外缘沿水平方向向压膜腔9内滑动,所述滑块11与电机12相连。
所述小凹槽7数量为两个,分别位于大凹槽6的两侧,使装饰薄膜收到的拉力均衡。
所述动模上还设置有顶针,所述顶针可通过动模板2上的顶针孔伸入型腔8,便于注塑完成后脱模。
所述定模1上设置有若干气孔,用于注塑过程中型腔8排气。
所述定模1上设置有注塑流道13。
所述定模1内安装有加热装置。
所述定模1内安装有水冷降温管路。
本发明的有益效果在于:
动模板2表面的大凹槽6和小凹槽7,在动模和定模1闭合前对放入的装饰薄膜起定位作用,使其不易移位,合模后形成的压膜腔9,可利用定模1和动模将装饰薄膜的延长边压紧,使其在注塑过程中不易移位;
注塑工序完成后,顶板5将切刀10顶起,切刀10的刀头通过切刀10通道进入压膜腔9内,将装饰薄膜的延长边切从注塑产品上切去,不需要人工进行产品注塑完成后的二次切边,使工序简单、方便。
动模板上设置的滑块11,可在注塑工艺完成并将注塑产品取出后,将切割下来的装饰薄膜延长边或注塑残留从压膜腔9内刮起推出,从而便于移除,防止废料残留在压膜腔9内,影响下次注塑。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
