Abstract

本发明属于马桶技术领域,特指一种马桶盖的生产工艺;生产工艺如下:(1)在薄膜的内表面上设置涂层;(2)将印刷有油墨的薄膜经过高压定型,形成马桶盖上表面的轮廓;(3)马桶盖模具的前模与后模之间形成型腔,将步骤(2)的薄膜设置在前模的型腔面上;(4)通过马桶盖模具的注射口向型腔内注射塑料熔体;(5)注射前,对后模进行加热,加热温度60℃‑80℃,加热10‑20分钟;同时对前模进行冷却,冷却至20℃‑30℃,冷却10‑20分钟;注射时保持后模加热状态,前模冷却状态进行生产;(6)脱模,获得覆有薄膜的马桶盖;本发明采用模内注塑的工艺,薄膜与马桶盖的收缩率保持一致,制备的马桶盖具有品质高,外形美观,印刷永久清晰,合格率高等优点。

一种马桶盖的生产工艺
技术领域:
本发明属于马桶技术领域,特指一种马桶盖的生产工艺。
背景技术:
目前,为了增加马桶的美观度,很多厂家都会在马桶盖的上表面设置图案层。图案层的设置方式有如下几种:一种是在成型的马桶盖的上表面进行喷漆而成。喷漆工艺存在着颜色不均匀的缺陷,导致马桶的外形不美观,降低了品质,且喷漆工艺过程比较复杂,如在喷漆前对马桶盖表面进行去油处理,喷漆完成后还要等漆面干燥;还有一种是通过将印刷有图案的薄膜通过加热的方式覆在马桶盖的表面。由于薄膜与马桶盖的收缩率不同,容易出现变形,导致报废。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种薄膜与马桶盖不会产生形变,产品效果好的马桶盖的生产工艺。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种马桶盖生产工艺,包括有马桶盖模具及薄膜,生产工艺如下:
(1)通过油墨印刷的方式在薄膜的内表面上设置涂层;
(2)将印刷有油墨的薄膜经过高压定型,形成马桶盖上表面的轮廓;
(3)所述马桶盖模具包括前模与后模,前模与后模之间形成型腔,将步骤(2)的薄膜设置在前模的型腔面上,该薄膜通过按压固定在前模的型腔面上;
(4)通过马桶盖模具的注射口向型腔内注射塑料熔体;
(5)注射前,对后模进行加热,加热温度60℃-80℃,加热10-20分钟;同时对前模进行冷却,冷却至20℃-30℃,冷却10-20分钟;注射时保持后模加热状态,前模冷却状态进行生产;
(6)脱模,获得覆有薄膜的马桶盖。
在上述的一种马桶盖生产工艺中,所述薄膜的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
在上述的一种马桶盖生产工艺中,所述薄膜的厚度为0.188mm。
在上述的一种马桶盖生产工艺中,所述涂层为静态图案层或立体变幻图案层。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
本发明采用模内注塑的工艺,将薄膜置于马桶盖的型腔内进行注塑,对后模进行加热,前模进行冷却,且油墨的耐热温度为200℃左右,油墨、薄膜都不会变形,使薄膜与马桶盖的收缩率保持一致,制备的马桶盖具有品质高,外形美观,印刷永久清晰,合格率高等优点。

具体实施方式:
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1:
一种马桶盖生产工艺,包括有马桶盖模具及薄膜,生产工艺如下:
(1)通过平面印刷的方式在薄膜的内表面上设置油墨涂层;涂层为静态图案层或立体变幻图案层。静态图案层如:文字、图标、图案等;立体变幻图案层如文字、图标、图案等。当然,涂层也可以是没有图案的。具体涂层根据实际需要进行设计。
在进行平面印刷之前,首先要将卷状的薄膜裁剪成根据马桶盖的形状设计好尺寸的方块;
然后将裁剪好的方块薄膜放至烤炉中进行加热,使方块薄膜的收缩率降至最低,保证在后续步骤中注入塑料熔体及加热时都不会产生变形;
最后,在方块薄膜上进行平面印刷,印刷所需要的图形、文字等。
(2)将印刷有油墨的薄膜经过高压机或铜模在预热的状态下进行高压定型,并将轮廓之外的废料进行剪切,最终形成马桶盖上表面的轮廓。设置薄膜轮廓时,将设置有涂层的一侧面朝内设置。
(3)所述马桶盖模具包括前模与后模,前模与后模之间形成型腔,将步骤(2)的薄膜设置在前模的型腔面上,且该薄膜通过按压固定在前模的型腔面上。
(4)通过马桶盖模具的注射口向型腔内注射塑料熔体。
(5)注射前,对后模进行加热,加热温度60℃-80℃,加热10-20分钟;同时对前模进行冷却,冷却至20℃-30℃,冷却10-20分钟;注射时保持后模加热状态,前模冷却状态进行生产。通过对后模的加热及前模的冷却,可以使薄膜与马桶盖的收缩率保持一致,油墨也不会变形,解决产品形变的问题,提高了产品的品质。后模的加热温度、加热时间,前模的冷却温度、冷却时间可以根据实际的情况在相应的范围内任意取值。
(6)脱模,获得覆有薄膜的马桶盖。
本发明所述薄膜的厚度为0.1-0.2mm,具体厚度为0.188mm。薄膜为透明薄膜,以便于印刷的涂层显现。

Claims (4)

1.一种马桶盖生产工艺,其特征在于:包括有马桶盖模具及薄膜,生产工艺如下:
(1)通过油墨印刷的方式在薄膜的内表面上设置涂层;
(2)将印刷有油墨的薄膜经过高压定型,形成马桶盖上表面的轮廓;
(3)所述马桶盖模具包括前模与后模,前模与后模之间形成型腔,将步骤(2)的薄膜设置在前模的型腔面上,该薄膜通过按压固定在前模的型腔面上;
(4)通过马桶盖模具的注射口向型腔内注射塑料熔体;
(5)注射前,对后模进行加热,加热温度60℃-80℃,加热10-20分钟;同时对前模进行冷却,冷却至20℃-30℃,冷却10-20分钟;注射时保持后模加热状态,前模冷却状态进行生产;
(6)脱模,获得覆有薄膜的马桶盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖生产工艺,其特征在于:所述薄膜的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖生产工艺,其特征在于:所述薄膜的厚度为0.188mm。
