Description

Patentkrav 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en rekombinant separator til et zinkion-batteri omfattende trinnene: cellulose opløses i et første opløsningsmiddel til dannelse af en første opløsning; en hydrofob polymer med en hydrogenpermabilitet på mindst 1x10'33 cm3cm' V1Pa'1 opløses i et andet opløsningsmiddel til dannelse af en anden opløsning; opløsningerne kombineres i en tredje opløsning indeholdende 10 til 60 vægtdele polymer til 100 vægtdele cellulose; der dannes en gelfilm af den tredje opløsning indeholdende diskrete domæner af polymer dispergeret i en kontinuert fase af regenereret cellulose; og filmen tørres til dannelse af separatoren. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 hvori domænerne dannes i filmen ved koagulering af filmen i nærvær af vand eller alkohol. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2 hvorved vand indirekte påføres gelfilmen. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3 hvorved den omgivende atmosfære over filmen under koagulering har en relativ fugtighed fra 35 til 80 %. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, der yderligere inkluderer trinnet at holde den omgivende atmosfære ved en temperatur på 15 til 30 grader Celcius under koaguleringen. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvorved cellulosen er krydsbundet med en carbonhydridbro indeholdende fra 2 til 12 carbonatomer imellem cellulosekæderne. 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvorved broen er en alkylenbro indeholdende fra 4 til 8 carbonatomer. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved filmen dannes ved støbning. 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 hvorved filmen haren tykkelse fra 10 mikrometer til 250 mikrometer. 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved det første opløsningsmiddel er en blanding af et uorganisk salt og et polært aprotisk opløsningsmiddel. 15. Separator ifølge krav 21 hvori cellulosen har en polymerisationsgrad fra 200 til 2500. 23. Separator ifølge krav 13 hvori cellulosen er krydsbundet med en carbon-hydridbro indeholdende fra 2 til 12 carbonatomer imellem cellulosekæderne. 24. Separator ifølge krav 23 hvori broen er en alkylenbro indeholdende fra 4 til 8 carbonatomer. 25. Sekundært zinkionbatteri omfattende i kombination: en batterikasse indeholdende; et legeme af alkalisk elektrolyt; en zinkelektrode anbragt i nævnte legeme af elektrolyt; en modelektrode anbragt i nævnte legeme af elektrolyt; og en celluloseseparator bestående i det væsentlige af domæner af regenereret cellulosefilm indeholdende adskilte domæner af hydrofob polymer med en hydrogenparmeabilitet på mindst 1x10'13 cm3cm'Y1Pa'1 dispergeret i filmen af regenereret cellulose, hvilken separator er anbragt imellem elektroderne og absorberer elektrolytten, idet nævnte film indeholder 10 til 60 vægtdele af polymeren til 100 dele regenereret cellulose. 26.
