Claims (2)

1. En industriel produktionsenhed, der tilvejebringer optimering af biologisk bærer volumen og overfalde i afhængighed af omfanget af biologisk aktivt materiale, bestående af en støbemekanisme (17) monteret foran en tørrekanal (2), gennem hvilken et kontinuert transportbånd (1) løber, kendetegnet ved at enheden er udstyret med mindst ét støbehoved (17) med to rækker af støbenålein-jektorer forbundet til en trykhærdet tank (15) og en kompressor (16), transportbåndet (1) og et tørre system (6) - kilden (4) til en tørrende luft, som blæses ved hjælp af ventilator ind i et luftdistributionssystem (6) med indbyggede varmeelementer (5), der løber ind i den øvre tørrekanal (2), og yderligere den nedre endelige tørrekanal (3) og en inflationstank (7), mellem hvilke en aftørring- og opsamlingsenhed (9) er monteret, konstrueret på baggrund af mekanisk aftørring og højtryksskylning, som er forbundet med en rørledning med integreret højtrykspumpe (10) og lavtrykspumpe (11) løbende ind i en opsamlingsbeholder (8) med køling og yderligere en skylleboks (13) til slutrengøring af det kontinuerte transportbånd (1) med jets forbundet til en lavtryks pumpe (14), som er forbundet til en skylletank (12) gennem rørledninger.
2. Den industriile produktionsenhed ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at dens opsamlingsenhed (9) er dannet af en ramme (25), i hvilken den mekaniske aftørrer (27) med fjedertryksmekanismen (28) og højtryksjets (26) fastgjort til rammen (25) ved vinklen 45 grader til 80 grader, er monteret, mens den øvre aftørre (29) med en børste for rensning af den indre side af transportbåndet (1) er fast monteret på sin inderside og modsat den mekaniske aftør rer (27) og transportbåndet (1) er udstyret med den nedre aftørre (29) til slutrengøring ved punktet for dets udgang fra rammen (25).
