Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til frysning af sædceller kompromitteret af en sorteringsbegivenhed, omfattende trinene at: - fremskaffe en flerhed af sædceller, - underkaste flerheden af sædceller sorteringsstress, - udvælge flerheden af sædceller til en ønsket karakteristik, - tilsætte æggeblommeholdigt sædcellestrækmiddel til flerheden af udvalgte sædceller til dannelse af en første strakt sædcelleblanding med et første proteinindholdsværdi, - afkøle den første strakte sædcelleblanding til en temperatur mindre end 10aC til frembringelse af en første afkølet strakt sædcelleblanding, - tilsætte et proteinfrit kuldebeskyttelsesmiddelholdigt sædcellestrækmiddel med et volumen lig med et volumen af den første afkølede strakte sædcelleblanding til den første afkølede strakte sædcelleblanding til dannelse af en anden afkølet strakt sædcelleblanding med et andet proteinindhold, som omfatter mere end 0,4 til 3,2 volumen-% æggeblomme, - holde den anden afkølede strakte sædcelleblanding i en uklaret tilstand, - underkaste den uklarede anden afkølede sædcelleblanding centrifugering, - tilsætte et supplerende proteinholdigt sædcellestrækmiddel til den centrifugerede anden afkølede strakte sædcelleblanding for at øge det samlede proteinindhold i sådant et proteinholdigt sædcellestrækmiddel, der har en tredje proteinindholdsværdi som er højere end den første proteinindholdsværdi, og som omfatter mere end 1 til 50 volumen-% æggeblomme, - nedfryse den strakte sædcelleblanding.
2. Fremgangsmåde til frysning af sædceller kompromitteret af en sorteringsbegivenhed ifølge krav 1, hvori trinet med at fremskaffe en flerhed af sædceller omfatter trinet med at fremskaffe en flerhed af pattedyrssædceller.
