Claims (4)
1. Fremgangsmåde til genoprettelse af den katalytiske aktivitet af en brugt ikke-additiv-baseret hydrogenbehandlingskatalysator, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at bringe en brugt ikke additiv-baseret hydrogenbehandlingskatalysator omfattende en metal komponent og et supportmateriale, som har en reduceret katalytisk aktivitet relativt til en katalysator i sin friske tilstand forud for brug deraf, for derved at blive den brugte katalysator, i kontakt med en opløsning, hvor opløsningen omfatter en chelatdanner valgt fra gruppen af forbindelser bestående af aminocarboxylsyrer, polyaminer, aminoalkoholer, oximer og polyethyleniminer og et solvent, og hvor kontakten foregår i en tidsperiode fra 40 til 400 timer ved en temperatur i området af fra 10 °C til 60 °C, for at tilvejebringe en genoprettet katalytisk aktivitet for derved, at resulterende i en ældet katalysator, som har optaget deri chelatdanneren og solventen og en re-dispergeret katalytisk-aktiv metalkomponent, hvor den brugte hydrogenbehandlingskatalysator indeholder en mængde af chelatdanneren i området af fra 0,005 mol chelatdanner pr. mol af aktivt metal til 1 mol chelatdanner per mol af aktivt metal; at eksponere den ældede katalysator for betingelser indbefattende en tørringstemperatur under 250 °C for at fjerne en andel af solventen fra den ældede katalysator, mens mindre end 50 vægtprocent af chelatdanneren fjernes fra den ældede katalysator, derved resulterende i en tørret ældet katalysator; og at svovlbehandle den tørrede ældede katalysator for at opnå en genoprettet katalysator, hvor betingelserne som den ældede katalysator eksponeres for før svovlbehandlingen af den tørrede ældede katalysator, indbefatter en maksimal eksponeringstemperatur, som er under en kalcineringstemperatur på 400 °C.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den maksimale eksponeringstemperatur er tørringstemperaturen, som er under 250 °C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den tørrede ældede katalysator har en koncentration af chelatdanneren, og andelen af chelatdanneren fjernet fra den ældede katalysator er mindre end 25 vægtprocent af chelatdanneren, optaget i den brugte katalysator.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor andelen af chelatdanneren fjernet fra den ældede katalysator er mindre end 25 vægtprocent af chelatdanneren optaget i den brugte katalysator.
