Opfindelsen omhandler en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af emner ud fra blødgjort polyvinylchlorid armeret med et armeringsstof og af den i krav l*s indledning angivne art. Armeringsstoffet foreligger i folieform og 5 opviser en fiberstruktur, og som oftest anvendes kar ton, som er et billigt materiale, der er følsomt over for fugtighed, men dog temmelig stift.
Ved en kendt fremgangsmåde af den angivne art indskydes en folie af armeringsstoffet imellem folier af 10 blødgjort polyvinylchlorid, og laminatet indføres · i en højfrekvenssvejsemaskine, hvor armerings stoffet svejses langs randene. Efter formgivningen skal emnerne forsynes med beslag af metal eller formstof, hvilke beslag fastgøres eksempelvis ved nitning. Denne frem-15 gangsmåde har den ulempe, at der igennem nittehullerne kan trænge luft ind i emnets forskellige tilsvejste områder, så at den emnet omgivende folie af polyvinylchlorid kan blive foldet, og selv uden perforeringer, og især ved opvarmning eksempelvis af sollys, kan fo-20 lierne frembyde ondulationer efter kortere eller længere tid, hvilket gør emnet usælgeligt.
Ved en anden kendt fremgangsmåde forsynes den ene folieoverflade med et lag af en vandholdig lim, på hvilket partierne af afstivningsstoffet anbringes 25 nøjagtigt, så at de klæbestofpåsmurte foliepartier dækkes nøjagtigt af afstivningsstoffet, hvorefter de ikke klæbestofovertrukne partier af de to folier samles ved svejsning i et højfrekvent felt langs randene af afstivningsstoffet i en til dette formål særlig 50 indrettet klæbeautomat. En sådan klæbeautomat er kostbar i anskaffelse og kræver en omstændelig regulering ved overgang til fremstilling af et fra det første emne afvigende nyt emne, og klaebelaget skal påføres meget nøjagtigt på folien for ikke at risikere enten en sam-35 ling med for ringe brudstyrke eller et luftfyldt mellemrum imellem samlingen og de sammenklæbede folier.

Opfindelsen har til formål at tilvejebringe en fremgangsmåde af den angivne art uden sådanne ulemper.
Dette opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved en fremgangsmåde af den i krav l's indledende del angivne art, og som er 5 ejendommelig ved det i krav l's kendetegnende del angiv ne, hvormed man kan fremstille emner med høj kvalitet i seriefabrikation på økonomisk måde ved hjælp af et simpelt apparat til udøvelse af fremgangsmåden.
Opfindelsen forklares nærmere nedenfor i forbindelse 10 med tegningen, hvor: fig. 1 er en perspektivisk afbildning af en produktionskæde til udøvelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen, og fig. 2 er et tværsnit igennem et ved fremgangsmåden 15 ifølge opfindelsen fremstillet emne.
UDFØRELSESEKSEMPEL
En perforeret folie af blødgjort polyvinylchlorid med en stor længde, en bredde på 150 cm og en tykkelse på 0,25 mm er på den ene side ved en overfladebehandling for-20 synet med et overtræk med en tykkelse på 3 ^urn af en ter- polymer på basis af 85% vinylchlorid, 14% vinylacetat og 1% maleinsyre. Til dette formål behandles folien med en opløsning af den nævnte terpolymer i methylethylketon med et indhold af 200 g/1 terpolymer, hvorefter op-25 løsningsmidlet fjernes ved opsugning ved en temperatur på 60°C. Den således overtrukne folie kan derefter oprulles uden risiko for klæbning og oplagres.
Fremstillingen af et emne afstivet med et afstivningsstof under anvendelse af den ovennævnte overtrukne po-30 lyvinylchloridfolie er vist på fig. 1, hvor 1 betegner en polyvinylchloridfolie, hvis overside er forsynet med et overtrækslag af den ovennævnte terpolymer. Folien 1 3

transporteres ved hjælp af et transportbånd 2 hen under en automat 3, der er indrettet til påføring af karton og til dette formål rummer et magasin 5 opfyldt med kartonstykker 4. Folien 1 forsynes kontinuer-5 ligt og på overtræks siden med kartonstykkerne 4.
Det bemærkes, at kartonstykkerne 4 ikke støder sammen, men aflægges af automaten 3 på folien 1 med indbyrdes mellemrum 6.
En anden blødgjort polyvinylchloridfolie 7, hvis 10 ene overflade ligeledes er forsynet med et overtræk af terpolymer, påføres kontinuerligt ved hjælp af styrevalser 8 på den første folie 1 med kartonstykkerne 4, idet folien 7 anlægges imod kartonstykkerne 4. Det samlede laminat transporteres af transport-15 båndet 2 og indføres i en svejseautomat 9, der omfatter en aluminiumanlægsflade 10, hvis overside er forbundet med et hydraulisk stempel 11, og hvis underside er forsynet med ikke viste smalle messingelektroder. Stemplet 11 går igennem en åbning 13 i en sty-20 reklods 12, som er forbundet med en understøtning 14 med et støttelegeme 15. Ved at sende højfrekvent strøm igennem de smalle messingelektroder opnås en tempera-tur på ca. 180°C. Under et tryk på ca. 0,5 kg/cm med en varighed på 2-3 s sammensvejses de partier 16 (fig.
25 2) af folierne 1 og 7, der er beliggende langs kanterne af kartonstykkerne 4, ved hjælp af messingelektroder 17 til dannelse af samlinger 18. De på fig. 2 viste yderst beliggende elektroder 17 er forsynet med en skærekant 19 til fremstilling af en rille 20 i de på-30 gældende samlinger 18, hvorved det fremstillede emne let kan afrives langs denne rille. Tykkelsen af poly-vinylchloridfolierne ud for rillen 20 er ca. 0,1 mm.
Det således fremstillede emne 28 (fig. 1) indføres i en presse 21 imellem to presseplader 22 og 23, der er 35 opvarmet til en temperatur på 100°C. Emnet komprimeres

4 2 i 4 s under et tryk på 1,5 kg/cm , hvorved folierne 1 og 7 ved hjælp af lagene af terpolymer klæber fast til de mellemliggende kartonstykker 4. Den øverste presseplade 22 er forbundet med et stempel 24, som 5 går igennem en åbning i en styreplade 25 og kan be tjenes hydraulisk eller pneumatisk. Styrepladen 25 er forbundet med en understøtning 26. Den nederste presseplade 23 er forsynet med en støtteplade 27.
Presseplademe 22 og 23 er på deres fra det svej-10 s te emne bortvendende frie overflader forsynet med en ikke vist stødpude af et elastisk materiale, hvilken stødpude er udformet som en plade af et cellestof med åbne porer. Stødpudepladen har den fordel, at de i kartonen eventuelt tilstedeværende flygtige bestand-15 dele, såsom fugtighed og indesluttet luft, kan undslippe igennem porerne i folierne 1 og 7 og den åbne struktur af cellestoffet i stødpudepladen. Desuden tilvejebringer stødpudepladen en beskyttelse af det svejste emne og opretholder eksempelvis den folierne 20 bibragte overtrykning eller overfladestruktur. Endelig kan stødpudepladen let kompensere for forskelle i kartontykkelsen.
Det herved dannede klæbede og svejste emne 29 transporteres ved hjælp af drivvalser 30 og opdeles i ad-25 skilte partier ved afrivning langs de på fig. 2 viste riller 20.
Det bemærkes, at i det på fig. 2 viste emne 29 er folierne 1 og 7 klæbet til kartonstykker 4. Det herved opnåede plane emne kan foldes i samlingerne 18 imellem karton-30 stykkerne 4 og derved omdannes til et tredimensionalt emne, såsom en brevordner. Ved efterbehandling kan der tilføjes lukketøj, klemmer, ringe og lignende.

Claims (4)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af forstærkede laminater ud fra blødgjort polyvinylchlorid, hvor et laminat bestående af et lag af et afstivningsstof (4) med på hver 5 side mindst én folie (1,7) af blødgjort polyvinylchlorid indføres i et højfrekvent magnetfelt, og hvor de langs kanterne af afstivningsstoffet beliggende foliepartier samles ved svejsning under dannelse af svejsesømme (18), kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes 10 perforerede folier af polyvinylchlorid, hvis hele mod afstivningsstoffet vendende overflade er forsynet med et overtræk af en terpolymer på basis af vinylchlo-rid, vinylacetat og umættet carboxylsyre, at de ved randene af afstivningsstoffet beliggende foliepartier (16) 15 .sammensvejses til dannelse af samlinger (18), og at de imellem samlingerne beliggende foliepartier klæbes til overfladen af afstivningsstoffet ved forøgelse af temperatur og tryk,
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet 20 ved, at den anvendte terpolymer har et vægtindhold på 80-85% vinylchlorid, 12,5-17,5% vinylacetat og 0,5-2,5% af en monobasisk eller dibasisk umættet carboxylsyre.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, k e n d e -tegnet ved, at carboxylsyren er udvalgt fra grup- 25 pen omfattende maleinsyre og itakonsyre.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at tykkelsen af overtrækket af terpolymer andrager fra 1 til 5 yum.
