Den foreliggende opfindelse angår en tube til emballeringsformål med et af flere materialelag dannet tuberør, som har et som diffusionsspærring virkende metallisk mellemlag og termoplastiske dæklag, idet tuberørets øverste rand griber over skulderdelen af et ® uafhængigt af røret fremstillet tubehoved af termoplastisk materiale, 5 hvorhos skulderdelen er overdækket af et forbindelseslegeme, som Φ strækker sig frem til tubehovedets hals.
^ Tuber, hvis tuberør og tubehoved fremstilles separat og ^ sammensvejses med hinanden som præfabrikerede dele, er kendt. De 3| hertil fornødne fremgangsmåder kommer på tale ved fremstilling
af rene formstoftuber eller tuber med et metallisk spærrelag. I
2 146218 sammenligning med de metoder, ved hvilke tubehovedet anbringes på tuberøret, f.eks. ved sprøjteformning under dannelsen, har de førstnævnte fremgangsmåder den fordel, at de kan gennemføres ved hjælp af mindre krævende maskiner. Ved disse fremgangsmåder elimineres ventetider, som skyldes nødvendigheden af en tilstrækkelig størkning af ansamlinger af plastificeret formstof.
Begge de omtalte, kendte fremgangsmåder har den mangel, at de kun lader sig anvende ved sådanne tuber, ved hvilke de umiddelbart op til hinanden liggende dele af tuberør og tubehoved består af formstoffer, der er i stand til termoplastisk at forbindes med hinanden. I overensstemmelse hermed kan disse metoder eksempelvis ikke benyttes ved fremstilling af emballagetuber, ved hvilke tuberørets øvre rand omslutter skulderen på et tubehoved af formstof, og ved hvilke tuberørets inderside ikke, i det mindste ikke ved denne øvre kant, består af et formstof, som ad termoplastisk vej lader sig forbinde med andet. Dette er f.eks. tilfældet,når tuberne er udstyret med diffusionshæmmende spærrelag.
Der kendes også en fremgangsmåde, ved hvilken forbindelsen mellem et af kompoundmateriale med metallag bestående tuberør og tubehovedet kan etableres ved induktionssvejsning. Ved den induktive sammensvejsning udvikles der varme i tuberørets metalliske lag, som dette for øje strækker sig helt ind i skulderpartiet og her overlapper hoveddelen. Herved kan det ikke forhindres, at varme, som er udviklet i dette lag i skulderområdet, også afledes til områder, i hvilke der ikke er brug for varme, eller hvor denne endog kan have skadelige virkninger, idet der i kompoundfolien f.eks. kan opstå deformationer, misfarvninger eller endog blærer, Skønt der i forbindelse med den omtalte, kendte fremgangsmåde kendes forholdsregler som f.eks. køling af de i umiddelbar nærhed af svejsestederne liggende områder af tubelegemet under svejseprocessen, bliver den kendsgerning tilbage, at der må udvikles forholdsvis betydeligt mere varme, end man ville have nødig til svejseprocessen.
I mange tilfælde er det ikke muligt at tilføre tabsvarmen, dvs. den gennem metallaget bortledede varme, uden forlængelse af den tid, som det tager at fremstille en tube. I et tyndvægget metalindlæg kan man ikke på kort tid udvikle varme i vilkårlig mængde uden at beskadige eller ødelægge kompoundfolien.

Ved en anden kendt løsning opdeles enten rørenden i forskellige flige, som i tilslutning hertil lader sig folde over skulderpartiet, eller rørenden indsnøres med folder på en sådan måde, at hoveddelens skulder kan afdækkes dermed. Det er vanskeligt at gennemføre disse to kendte løsninger på rationel vis. Desuden er der risiko for, at de i de enkelte flige inducerede strømme gensidigt slår igennem og derved forbrænder metalfolien, mens den ved indfoldning dannede skulderafdækning er tilbøjelig til at bevirke, at den foldede metalfolie knækker under det tryk, som er nødvendigt for at forbinde hoved- og kropdel, så at den diffusionsspærrende effekt ikke længere er sikret i fornødent omfang.
Lignende ulemper må også ventes at ville opstå ved den i fransk patentskrift nr. 2.052.074 omhandlede konstruktion, ved hvilken tuberørets øverste rand er ført indefter over hele skulderens radiale udstrækning frem til halsen, hvorved også spærrelaget i det laminatmateriale, som tuberøret er fremstillet af, strækker sig frem til nævnte sted.
Som forklaret kan der opstå problemer i forbindelse med af-smalningen af tuberørets øverste ende, som griber over tubehovedet. Disse problemer bliver større, jo større diameterreduktionen er. De til afsmalningen nødvendige værktøjer og den nødvendige bearbejdningstid betyder en fordyrelse af fremstillingsprocessen. Hertil kommer, at det bliver vanskeligt at give tubeskulderen et tiltalende udseende.
Ved andre kendte løsninger foreslås det at forhindre diffusionen ved hjælp af et i hoveddelen indsprøjtet eller et i hoveddelen indlagt spærreindlæg. Disse forholdsreglers effektivitet afhænger dog i væsentlig grad af, hvor kort man kan holde afstanden mellem skulderpartiets eller rørlegemets spærrelag.
Det er den foreliggende opfindelses formål at tilvejebringe en emballagetube, som ved den ringest mulige indsats ved fremstillingen kan opfylde store fordringer med hensyn til tætheden, navnlig forsåvidt angår diffusion. Endvidere skal emballagetuben også være velegnet til brug i forbindelse med indhold, som ikke er kemisk neutralt og eksempelvis angriber et metal som aluminium. Med andre 4 146218 ord skal der ved en emballeringstube, der har et spærrelag, som strækker sig frem til tubehovedets hals, tilvejebringes en opbygning, som tillader en særlig rationel fremstilling.
Dette formål er ifølge opfindelsen opnået ved, at forbindelseslegemet på i sig selv kendt måde består af en ringformet skive af et metallisk mellemlag, der på begge sider har termoplas tiske dæklag, og at denne skive griber ind under tuberørets indadragende rand og hviler umiddelbart på skulderdelen, medens forbindelseslegemets dæklag er sammensvejst med henholdsvis tuberørets indre termoplastiske dæklag og tubehovedets skulderdel, hvorhos mellemlagets ydre begrænsningskant er overdækket af de termoplastiske dæklags materiale.
Da spærringen i skulderområdet videreføres ved hjælp af en ringformet skive, der udgør et forbindelseslegeme, bliver krævende formgivningsoperationer og bearbejdelse af tuberørets øverste ende overflødige. Det metalliske mellemlag danner spærringen ved tubens skulder, og da kanten af det metalliske lag er overdækket af de termoplastiske lag kan det ikke komme i forbindelse med indholdet i tuben. Til frembringelse af forbindelsen mellem tuberør og ringskive er det tilstrækkeligt at ombertle tuberørenden i et smalt randparti til tilvejebringelse af en overlapningsforbindelse med ringskiven. Ombertlingen kan i givet fald ske allerede ved lukningen af den form, som anvendes til gennemførelse af svejseprocessen. Det er ikke nødvendigt at folde randpartierne, eller at udstanse flige. Den ringformede skive kan fremstilles rationelt af laminatmateriale, f.eks. ved udstansning i forbindelse med prægning. Endvidere kan den ringformede skive forbindes med tubehovedet eller påsættes dette, før tubehovedet sættes på svejseformens dorn, og tuberøret føres frem, hvorved skiven uden besvær kan tilføres automatisk. Ved anvendelse af et forbindelseslegeme, som består af et metallisk mellemlag, som er helt indlejret mellem to ter-moplastiske dæklag, kan man opnå en meget effektiv sammensvejsning både med tuberøret og med tubehovedet.
Opfindelsen vil i det følgende blive nærmere forklaret under henvisning til tegningen, som viser en udførelsesform for tuben ifølge opfindelsen samt en indretning til brug ved fremstillingen, idet fig. 1 viser nævnte udførelsesform i aksialsnit, og 5 146218 fig. 2 et snit gennem enkeltdelene i den i fig. 1 viste emballagetube forud for sammensvejsningen såvel som en indretning til svejseforbindelsens fremstilling.
Fig. 1 viser et tuberør 2, et forbindelseslegeme 60 og en hoveddel 62. Tuberøret 2 er dannet af et af tre lag bestående kompoundmateriale/ hvis inderlag 10 og yderlag 6 fortrinsvis består af polyethylen, mens midterlaget 34 er af metal, fortrinsvis af aluminium. Forbindelseslegemet 60 er af et af tre lag bestående kompoundmateriale, nemlig et yderlag 64 og et inderlag 66 samt et mellemlag 68. Dette mellemlag 68 er fortrinsvis en aluminiumslegering. Lagene 64 og 66 er varmeforseglingslag, som fortrinsvis består af polyethylen eller af en copolymer, hvis vedhæftning på aluminiumslaget er god. Hoveddelen 62 er et af formstof, som f.eks. polyethylen, bestående formlegeme, som på i sig selv kendt måde fremstilles ved sprøjteformning.
Figuren viser ikke de af forbindelsesmidler, som f.eks. copolymere; dannede lag, der kan være nødvendige for at tilvejebringe varige laminatsforbindelser mellem spærrelagsmaterialer og yderlag, som for det meste består af termoplaster.
Hoveddelen 62's gevindparti kan være forsynet med en ringnot 70, hvorved der er dannet en muffe 72, som forhindrer hurtig tilbagestrømning af indholdet umiddelbart efter,at en del af det er udtaget. Derved kan det i videst mulig omfang undgås, at der sker en indsugning af luft, som er skadelig for indholdet. Den i denne udførelsesform tilvejebragte ringnot 70 kan også udfyldes med en ikke vist ring af et materiale med diffusionsspærrende egenskaber.
Hoveddelen 62 har endvidere en skulder 74, der tjener som anslag og første tætningsflade for en ikke vist lukkekappe, der er indrettet til påskruning. En yderligere tætningsflade, der samvirker med lukkekappen, kan kun være effektiv, hvis den i sin udformning er elastisk. Med dette for øje kan lukkekappen være således dimensioneret, at den med sin indre grundflade trykker imod en på hoveddelen 62 anbragt, ringformet tætningslæbe 76. En anden mulighed for en yderligere tætningsflade frembyder en affasning 78 oven for det udvendige gevind på hoveddelen 62, hvilken affasning må være tilpasset til lukkekappen. Tætnings lasben 76 eller også affasningen 78 virker i forbindelse med en lukkekappe af formstof som elastiske pakninger, der inden for bestemte grænser kan udligne en fremstillingstolerance.
Fig. 2 viser en for fremstillingen af den i fig. 1 viste emballagetube egnet fremgangsmåde.

Som det vil ses af fig. 2, er en hoveddel 80 anbragt på en holdedorn 82. I tilslutning hertil sættes forbindelseslegemet 60 på hensigtsmæssig måde på hoveddelen 80, og tuberøret 2 bringes i en passende svejseposition, og desuden påformes en indsnøring 84, Endelig tilvejebringes ved hjælp af et presseværktøj 86 med en induktionsspole 88 den for forbindelsen fornødne varme såvel som det tilhørende tryk.
Det siger sig selv, at fremgangsmådens forskellige trin ikke nødvendigvis behøver at finde sted i den ovenomtalte rækkefølge.
Især er det også muligt f.eks. først særskilt at tilvejebringe forbindelsen mellem forbindelseslegemet 60 og hoveddelen 80 eller mellem tuberøret 2 og forbindelseslegemet 60.
Dette arrangement og denne fremgangsmåde gør det nu muligt at udvikle, den nødvendige svejsevarme alene i forbindelseslegemet 60.
Dette kan i de udførelsesformer, i hvilke forbindelseslegemet indeholder et væsentligt tykkere metallag end tuberøret 2, ske ved, at den for den induktive opvarmning fornødne frekvens afstemmes efter et tykkere metallag, som befinder sig i forbindelseslegemet 60, så at metallaget i tuberøret 2 praktisk talt ikke opvarmes.
En anden mulighed består i en koncentration af magnetfelterne i forbindelseslegemets område ved en dertil egnet udformning af induk-toren. Endelig kan magnetfeltets koncentration endnu forstærkes i væsentlig grad ved brug af magnetisk ledende materialer, der i videst muligt omfang arbejder uden tab, som f.eks. kerner af pulvermateriale.
I stedet for den i fig. 2 viste indretning er det også muligt at anbringe induktionskilden i dornen 82 og eventuelt at afskærme feltet i tuberøret 21 s område. Da dette arrangemait frembyder den mulighed, at man kan fremstille presseværktøjet 86 af metal, kan afkølingstiden efter svejseprocessen herved yderligere væsentligt afkortes.
Ved den beskrevne fremgangsmåde afdækkes snitkanter 90, 92 og 94 som de i fig. 1 viste af formstof, som flyder over, så at det aldrig kan komme til direkte kontakt mellem tubeindholdet og metallet, og således at der heller ikke findes åbne, synlige snitkanter på tubens yderside.
En særlig fordel ved den i fig. 1 viste udførelsesform består i, at man kan holde afstanden mellem tuberøret 2's spærrelag 34 og 68 fra forbindelseslegemet 60, der danner skulderpartiet, så lille som muligt og overlapningen af spærrelagene 34 og 68 så stor som muligt. Derved gøres diffusionsvejen tilsvarende lang, så at der opnås en god diffusionshæmmende virkning.
