Den foreliggende opfindelse angår stabile emulsioner af vand i l,l,2-trichlor-l,2,2-trifluorethan. Anvendelsen af emulsioner af vand i tri chl or t rifluor ethan til rensning af forskellige emner og genstande er velkendte. Disse emulsioner muliggør faktisk en fjernelse i en enkelt operation af fedtholdige urenheder, der er opløselige i tri chl ortrifluor ethan, og vandopløselige urenheder, såsom mineralsalte og rester af flusmidler til lodning.
Foruden deres mulige egenskaber til rensning har de omhandlede midler en korrosionsbeskyttende virkning overfor metalgenstande, både under rensningen og efter denne.

Emulsionerne ifølge opfindelsen består af 98,5 - 70 vægt-# 1,1,2-trichlor-l,2,2-trifluorethan, 1-20 vægt-# vand og 0,5 - 10 vægt-# overfladeaktive forbindelser, som er aminsalte af phosphatestere. Fra det franske patentsskrift nr. 1 515 393 og det tyske offentliggørelsesskrift nr. 1 935 875 vides, at trichlortrifluorethan indeholdende aminsalte af phosphatestere er egnede til at emulgere vand. Med den foreliggende opfindelse præsenteres hidtil tikendte emulsioner af vand i trichlortrifluorethan, der har form af lagerstabile,klare emulsioner, og er ejendommelige ved det i krav 1’ s kendetegnende del angivne. Aminsaltene er fremstillet ved neutralisation af: a) en monophosphorsyre- eller diphosphorsyreester eller en blanding af mono- og diphosphorsyreestere af ligekædede eller forgrenede alifatiske alkoholer indeholdende 6-20 carbonatomer, såsom octanol, 2-ethylhexanol, decanol, dodecanol, stearylalkohol, alkoholer eller blandinger af forgrenede alkoholer opnået ved oxo-processen, eller etheralkoholer opnået ved addition af ethylenoxid til de foregående alkoholer eller til alkylphenoler, såsom octylphenol og nonylphenol, og indeholdende et antal ethoxy-grupper på 1 - 5 med b) et par aminer eller blandinger af aminer, hvor hver af disse er valgt fra en af de følgende to grupper:
Den første gruppe omfatter sekundære aminer med formlen RNHR', hvori R og R* betegner alifatiske grupper indeholdende mindre end k carbonatomer, og som kan indeholde en primær alkoholgruppe, såsom diethylamin, diethanolamin, N-methyl-og N-ethylethanolamin, dipropylamin og diisopropylamin, samt primære aminer med den almene formel R^MH^, hvori R har den samme betydning som grupperne R og R1 ovenfor, og som endvidere kan indeholde etherfunk-tioner, såsom diglycolamin 02^- OCgH^OH.
Alle disse aminer er meget vandopløselige og har hydrophil karakter.
Den anden gruppe omfatter alifatiske ligekædede eller forgrenede aminer indeholdende 6-20 carbonatomer, såsom hexylamin, octyl-amin, 2-ethylhexylamin, dodecylamin, stearylamin, oleylamin, kommercielle blandinger af fedtaminer indeholdende et antal carbon- 3 141631 atomer på 8 - 20, cycloalkylaminer, såsom cyclohexylamin, N-methyl- cyclohexylamin, N-ethylcyclohexylamin, dicyclohexylamin, di-2 2 aminer R -NH-CjHgNHg, hvori R betegner en alkylgruppe med 8-20 carbonatomer og kommercielle blandinger indeholdende disse aminer, f.eks. oleylaminopropanamin og stearylaminopropanamin, polyaminer HgN- ()n_ » såsom diethylentriamin, tri ethyl entetramin og tetraethylenpentamin. Alle disse aminer er tungtopløselige eller uopløselige i vand og opløselige i olier og ikke-polære opløsningsmidler og har en lipophil karakter, bortset fra polyaminerae, der, selv om de er meget vandopløselige i kombination med phosphorsyre-estere, giver salte, der er meget tungtopløselige i vand, men opløselige i ikke-polære organiske opløsningsmidler, hvorfor de hører til denne gruppe.
De relative mængder af de to aminer eller blandinger af aminer og deres respektive kombinationer med en ester eller en blanding af phosphorsyreestere afhænger af de valgte aminer og arten af esteren og/eller sammensætningen af esterblandingen.
Sammensætningen af blandingen af aminophosphatestere må indeholde mindst 5% af phosphatesteren af en amin fra den første gruppe.
Aciditeten af phosphorsyreesterne, en høj aciditet ved monoestere, hvis anden aciditet er for svag til at kunne reagere på sædvanlig måde med aminer, bør neutraliseres af amlneme på meget præcis måde. Et overskud af amin på mere end 2% eller et underskud på mere end 5?é amin i forhold til den nødvendige mængde til nøjagtig neutralisation af den kraftige aciditet af phosphorsyreesterne de-favoriserer dannelsen af emulsionen og dennes stabilitet.
På den anførte måde opnår man fuldstændig stabile emulsioner, der kan indeholde vandmængder, der er lig med eller større end den dobbelte mængde anvendt overfladeaktivt middel.
Opfindelsen illustreres nærmere ved nedenstående eksempler.
EKSEMPEL 1
Man fremstiller en serie af 2% opløsninger i trichlortrifluorethan af blandinger af produkter opnået ved nøjagtig neutralisation , 141631 4 (indenfor - 1$) af en kommerciel octylphosphorsyre (blandinger af phosphater af 60 molprocent monooctyl og 40 molprocent di-octyl) med diisopropylamin på den ene side og dodecylamin på den anden side.
Man tilsætter gradvis vand til hver af opløsningerne, der omrøres mekanisk, således at vandet "solubiliseres" under dannelse af en klar og fairveløs emulsion, der er stabil ved henstand.
Tabel I viser den maximale mængde vand, der er solubiliserbar i 100 g af en 2% opløsning af blandingen af amineme af octylphos-phater som funktion af den vægtmæssige sammensætning af blandingen.

Med den i eksemplet anvendte octylphosphorsyre var den optimale sammensætning af blandingen af amin-octylphosphaterne: 68 - 80% af diisopropylamin-octylphosphat 32 - 20% af dodecylamin-octylphosphat 5 141631 EKSEMPEL 2
Man fremstiller 2% opløsninger i trichlortrifluorethan af blandinger af diisopropylamin-tridecylphosphater og en kommerciel oleyl-aminopropanamin opnået ved neutralisering af tridecyl-phosphorsyre (70 molprocent tridecylphosphat, 30 molprocent bis-tridecylphosphat) med varierende mængder af en blanding af 70% diisopropylamin og 30% oleylaminopropanamin.
Tabel II viser den maximale vandmængde, der er solubiliserbar i 100 g 2% opløsning af tridecylphosphateme af amineme som funktion af neutralisationsgraden for syren, d.v.s. forholdet: antallet af aminogrupper antallet af syregrupper
Den viser, at et aminoverskud på 3% i betragtelig grad formindsker den emulgerbare mængde vand, mens et overskud på 3% næppe formindsker denne.

En klar emulsion, der er stabil i omegnen af 20°C, opnås ved blanding under moderat omrøring af: diisopropylamin —tridecylphosphat 80 g oleylaminopropanamin-tridecylphosphat 20 g vand 200 g trichlortrifluorethan 700 g c 141631

Denne emulsion med 20% vand er ikke af stor interesse for rensning, men kan være interessant med henblik på transport i koncentreret form. Man kan fortynde den med trichlortrifluorethan for derudfra at fremstille emulsioner indeholdende 8, '6, 4 og 2% vand indeholdende 4, 3» 2 og 1% overfladeaktivt middel, og disse fortyndede emulsioner er stabile ved 20°C indtil mindst 45 - 46°C, der er emulsionens kogepunkt.
EKSEMPEL 4
Et phosphat af NP4 (blanding af phosphorsyremono- og diester af nonylphenol ethoxyleret med 4 mol ethylenoxid pr. mol nonylphenol) neutraliseres med diisopropylamin og oleylaminopropanamin, og man fremstiller ud fra neutralisationsprodukterne en emulsion med følgende sammensætning: salt af phosphatet af NP^ og diisopropylamin 5,8 g salt af phosphatet af NP^ og oleylaminopropanamin 14,2 g vand 60 g trichlortrifluorethan 920 g EKSEMPEL 5
En anden emulsion har følgende sammensætning: diisopropylamin-tridecylphosphat 7,3 g N-methylcyclohexylamin-tridecylphosphat 12,7 g vand 40 g trichlortrifluorethan 940 g EKSEMPEL 6
En anden emulsion har følgende sammensætning: diethanolamin-tridecylphosphat 18,2 g dodecylamin-tridecylpho sphat 1,8 g vand 50 g trichlortrifluorethan 930 g EKSEMPEL 7 7 U1B31
En anden emulsion har følgende sammensætning; diethylamin-tridecylphosphat 18,4 g oleylaminopropanamin-tridecylphosphat 1,6 g vand 50 g trichlortrifluorethan 930 g EKSEMPEL 8
En anden emulsion består af: diisopropylamin-octylphosphat 17,9 g diethylentriamin-octylphosphat 2,1 g vand 60 g trichlortrifluorethan 920 g EKSEMPEL 9
En anden emulsion består af: diglycolamin-tridecylphosphat 15,0 g do de cylamin-1ridecylpho sphat 5,0 g vand 50 g trichlortrifluorethan 930 g
Alle disse emulsioner er fuldstændigt klare og stabile.
EKSEMPEL 10
Man fremstiller følgende emulsion: diisopropylamin-tridecylphosphat 1,6 g oleylaminopropanamin-tridecylphosphat 0,4 g vand 4 g trichlortrifluorethan 100 g med samme sammensætning som emulsionen i eksempel 3, bortset fra koncentrationerne af vandoverfladeaktivt middel, og deri 8 141631 neddyppes forud polerede prøvelegemer af støbejem halvvejs i en måned. Der observeredes intet spor af korrosion, og prøvelegemerne forblev perfekt polerede både i den neddyppede del og i den fritliggende del.
Identiske prøvelegemer neddyppedes i adskillige minutter i samme emulsion og skylledes hurtigt med en strøm af triehlortrifluor-ethan. Når de neddyppedes i vand, blev de ikke fugtige, og når de blev udsat for en vanddampmættet atmosfære i 3 dage , forblev de intakte, mens kontrolprøvelegemer var fuldstændigt dækket med rust i løbet af 24 timer.
Plader af forkobret plastikmateriale anvendt til fremstilling af elektroniske kredsløb rensedes i dette middel ved kogepunktet i få minutter. De skylledes hurtigt med en strøm af trichlortri-fluorethan. Det er muligt at udføre lodningen på disse plader uden vanskeligheder.
Den ovenstående redegørelse illustrerer på den ene side de beskyttende virkninger, der udøves af de omhandlede emulsioner på metaldele, og på den anden side at denne beskyttende virkning ikke generer de senere bearbejdningsoperationer.
