  • Desinfektionsmittel mit Schmier- und Rostschutzwirkung 1)as Desinfektionsmittel mit Schmier- und Rostschutzwirkung nach einem früheren Verfahren hat, wie zahlreiche Literaturveröffentlichungen lieweisen, im In- und Ausland weiten Anklang gefunden. 'Protz der großen Vorzüge, die es auszeichnet, hat es noch den einen Nachteil, daß es Sporen kaum angreift und bei Einhüllung der pathogenen Keime im eiweißhaltigen Medium praktisch versagt, wenn die Instrumente vorher nicht gut mechanisch gesäubert werden. Darauf ist z. B. auch in dem ausführlichen Aufsatz von Dr. Fischer und Ilse 1' oh 1 e in der Zahnärztlichen Rundschau vom 7. -5.33 hing'ew'iesen worden.
  • [)er große technische Fortschritt des neuen Verfahrens gegenüber dem früheren Verfahren besteht darin, daß solche Stoffe zugesetzt -werden, die, ohne daß sie mit den Wirkstoffen unverträglich sind oder deren Wirktnig aufheben, Fette und Lipoide lösen und die Eiweißstoffe, wie die des Sputums usw., durch Herabsetzung der Grenzflächen- und Oberflächenspannung dispergierend aufteilen, teilweise anlösen und so nicht nur die im Eitier und Speichel eingehüllten Keime dem Zu- und Angriff aussetzen, sondern auch die Sporen durch Beschädigung ihrer Schutzhaut zu vernichten gestatten. DerartigeZusätze sind solche organischeVerbindungen, die im benötigten Umfange hydrophilt Eigenschaften zeigen, andererseits aber wie richtige Fettlöser wirken. Als solche Zusätze haben sich Polyäther und Ketone bewährt. Als weitere Netz-, Durchdringungs- und Dispergierinittel wird eine Mischung von Febtalkohotsulfonaten mit Fettsäureestern zur Verstärkung dieser Wirkung zugefügt. Beispiel ioo g 7oo/oiger Äthylalkohol oder 3oo/oiger Isopropy#lalko'hol, ro g Glycerin oder beste Schmierseife, 2g Pottasche, 5g Aceton, 0,5g Fettsäureester, o,5 g Fettalkoholsulfonat, 5 g Chlornaphthol, oder gleichwertiges Desinfektionsmittel.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Desinfektionsmittel mit Schmier- und Rostschutzwirkung, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zuh satz von Polyäthern oder Ketonen sowie einer Mischung aus Fettalkoholsulfonaten und Fettsäureestern.
