Claims (3)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Klemme oder Schelle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Rohlingshälfte der Klemme oder Schelle mittels einer
Pressenmaschine aus einem (Blech-)Plattenwerkstoff geschnitten
bzw. ausgestanzt wird,
die Rohlingshälfte so verformt wird, daß sie - von der Vorderseite her gesehen - halbkreisförmig ist und ihre
beiden Enden sich auswärts längs einer gedachten Linie erstrecken,
welche das Zentrum des Halbkreises und die Bereiche der gegenüberliegenden Enden passiert, und die anderen Abschnitte,
mit Ausnahme des einen Endes derselben, einen Querschnitt ähnlich einer Rinne erhalten,
daß ein Bindegliedrohling aus einem (Blech-)Plattenwerkstoff
ausgeschnitten bzw. ausgestanzt und dann einer Druckkraft unterworfen wird, um die in ihm vorhandene Flächenspannung
zu korrigieren und ihn zu härten,
daß die andere Hälfte der Klemme oder Schelle auf dieselbe Weise angefertigt wird,
daß die Hälften der Klemme oder Schelle im wesentlichen auf einem Kreis angeordnet werden,
daß das Bindeglied in die einen Enden der Hälften der Klemme oder Schelle eingesetzt wird und
daß diese (letzteren) Enden der Hälfte um das eingesetzte Bindeglied herum gerollt werden, so daß die Hälften durch
das Bindeglied miteinander verbunden sind.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Klemme oder Schelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bindegliedrohling
abgekantet bzw. abgefast wird.
3. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Klemme oder Schelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Plattenwerkstoff,
aus dem der Bindegliedrohling ausgeschnitten bzw. ausgestanzt wird, ein Blech aus austenitischem rostfreien Stahl ist.
