    1. Kryogener Katheter, welcher aufweist:

    eine erste Leitung mit einem proximalen Ende und einem
    distalen Ende, die mit einer zweiten Leitung konzentrisch ist und einen ersten Teil mit einem ersten Innendurchmesser und einen zweiten Teil mit einem zweiten Innendurchmesser hat, wobei sich der zweite Teil in der Nähe des distalen Endes befindet und der zweite Innendurchmesser kleiner als der erste Innendurchmesser ist, und wobei die erste Leitung das Fließen eines Kühlfluids vom proximalen Ende zum distalen Ende gestattet und die zweite Leitung, die ein proximales Ende und ein distales Ende aufweist, das Fließen des Kühlfluids vom distalen Ende zum proximalen Ende gestattet; und
    eine leitende Kochkammer, die das distale Ende der ersten Leitung und das distale Ende der zweiten Leitung verbindet, wobei die Kochkammer das Kochen des Kühlfluids zu einem gasförmigen Zustand gestattet; und
    einen ersten Elektrodendraht, der mit der Kochkammer in leitendem Kontakt steht, und einen zweiten Elektrodendraht, der von der Kochkammer isoliert ist.
  2. 2. Kryogener Katheter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Elektrodendraht einen Teil der zweiten Leitung gegen einen Teil der Kochkammer drückt.
  3. 3. Kryogener Katheter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Teil der Kochkammer eine Mehrzahl von ringförmigen Stegen aufweist.
  4. 4. Kryogener Katheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, welcher weiters einen ersten Steuerdraht aufweist, der an der Kochkammer befestigt ist.
  5. 5. Kryogener Katheter nach Anspruch 4, welcher weiters einen zweiten Steuerdraht aufweist, der an der Kochkammer befestigt ist und vom ersten Steuerdraht durch einen Abstand getrennt ist, der nicht größer als ein Innendurchmesser der zweiten Leitung ist.
  6. 6. Kryogener Katheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Kochkammer eine erste Öffnung festlegt, die mit dem distalen Ende der ersten Leitung in Verbindung steht und eine passive Fließbeschränkungseinxichtung zwischen der Kochkammer und dem distalen Ende der zweiten Leitung aufweist.
  7. 7. Kryogener Katheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, welcher weiters eine Fluidsteuerungseinheit aufweist, die in der zweiten Leitung einen Gasdruck auf einem vorbestimmten Niveau, das unter einem gegebenen Blutdruck liegt, aufrecht erhält.
  8. 8. Kryogener Katheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, welcher weiters eine Zufuhr eines toxischen Kühlfluids mit niedrigem Kochpunkt aufweist.
  9. 9. Kryogener Katheter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der erste Innendurchmesser etwa 0,18 Millimeter beträgt und der zweite Innendurchmesser etwa 0,13 mm beträgt.
