Palette
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Palette und bezweckt, eine Palette zu erhalten, die billig und schnell angefertigt werden kann, so daß sie falls erwünscht, als einmalige Palette benutzt und nach der Benutzung weggeworfen werden kann.
Dies wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Palette dadurch erzielt, daß sie aus einer aus Karton, Faserplatte, Kunststoffmaterial oder dergleichen hergestellten Platte, einem solcher Rahmen oder Gestell oder dergleichen besteht und an der Unterseite mit einer Anzahl Hohlfußen aus Kunststoff, Karton, Metall oder dergleichen versehen ist. Da die Platte aus Karton, Faserplatte oder Kunststoffmaterial oder dergleichen besteht und die Fuße hohl sind, hat die erfindungsgemäße Palette ausserdem den Vorteil, daß sie ein niedriges Gewicht hat. Die Tatsache, daS die Füße der Palette hohl sind, bringt ferner den Vorteil mit sich, daß bei gleicher Verteilung der Füße über die Platten beim Stapeln solcher Paletten die Füße von
höher im Stapel liegenden Paletten in den Füßen von darunter liegenden Paletten aufgenommen sind, ua diese Paletten ineinander steckbar sind, kann in einem bestimmten Raum eine grosse Anzahl Paletten untergebracht werden, so daß, obwohl sie derart billig angefertigt werden können, daß sie nach einmaliger Benutzung weggeworfen werden können, es in bestimmten Fällen vorteilhaft sein kann, sie zurückzusenden, so daß sie mehrere Male benutzt werden können. Da ein Stapel Paletten nicht nur wenig Raum in Anspruch nimmt, sondern überdies ein geringes Gewicht hat, ist der Frachtpreis der Rücksendung nicht hoch.
Eine vorteilhafte Aus führungs form der erfindungsgemäßen Palette wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füße von jeder Palette in zwei Gruppen senkrecht zueinander stehender Reihen angeordnet sind, wobei die Reihen jeder Gruppe parallel zueinander verlaufen. Dadurch wird eine Vierwegpalette erhalten, d,h. eine Palette, unter welche die Gabel ein^s Staplers von jeder der vier Seiten der Palette her unter die Palette gesteckt werden kann.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung, in der eine Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Palette beispielsweise dargestellt ist, näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Die In der Zeichnung dargestellte Palette 1 besteht aus einer flachen Platte 2 aus Karton, zum Beispiel Wellpappe, Fasermaterial, oder auch aus Kunststoffmaterial oder anderem leichtem und genügend festem Material, und ruht auf neun hohlen Füßen 3. Diese Füße sind in zwei Gruppen senkrecht zueinander stehender Reihen unter der Platte 2 vorgesehen, wobei die Reihen der Füße 3 jeder Gruppe parallel zueinander verlaufen, so daß die Gabel eines Staplers von jeder der vier Seiten der Palette 1 unter diese Galette gesteckt werden kann.
Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, haben die Füße 3 der Palette die Form eines Bechers mit einem horizontalen Flansch 4 um den oberen Rand herum. Der Boden des Bechers hat einen flachen ümfangsrand 5, und seine Mitte 6 ist etwas nach oben gewölbt. Die untere Fläche des Umfangrandes 5 des Bodens geht ohne scharfen Rand in den aufwärts gerichteten Teil des becherförmigen Fußes über. Durch diese Ausbildung der Füße 3 wird verhindert, daß die Gegenstände, auf die die Palette gesetzt wird, beschädigt werden.
Der Flansch 4 jedes Fußes 3 ist an der unteren Fläch« der Palatte zum Beispiel mittels eines Klebemittels um ein Loch in der Platte 2 herum befestigt.

Die Füße 3 bestehen vonugsweise aus Kunststoff. Dadurch wird vermieden, daß t wenn die Palette auf feuchter Unterschicht, zum Beispiel feuchter Erde oder feuchtem Fußboden, steht, die Platte 2 durch die Füße feucht wird, wodurch vor allem die Teile der Platte an der Befestigungsstelle der Füsse feucht werden, was, insbesondere bei Paletten aus Karton, eine Schwächung der Befestigung der Füße mit sich bringt. Statt aus Kunststoff können die Füße auch aus anderem Material, zum Beispiel Fasermaterial mit einem Bindemittel, wie Kunstharz, Zement oder dergleichen, angefertigt werden. Bei Anwendung von Faserinaterial können die Platte 2 und die Füße 3 der Palette I in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang hergestellt werden, so daß die Platte 2 und die Füße 3 ein einziges Stück bilden. Der Umfangsflansch 4 der Füße 3 kommt dann in Fortfall. Falls erwünscht können die Platte 2 und/oder die Füße 3 mit Einlagetailen, zum Beispiel Drähten, zum Verstärken derselben versehen sein.
Es ist deutlich, daß die Erfindung nicht auf die oben beschriebene und in der Zeichnung dargestellte Ausf ührungsform beschränkt ist, sondern daß diese auf zahlreiche Weisen geändert werden kann, ohne das Gebiet der Erfindung zu verlassen. Der Flansch 4 kann zum Beispiel auch versenkt angebracht sein. Ferner können die Füße eine vierkantige, ovale oder andere Form aufweisen. Es brauchen nicht alle Füße die gleiche Form und die gleichen Abmessungen aufzuweisen. Falls erwünscht

kann zum Beispiel der Mittelfuß größere Abmessungen als die übrigen Füße aufweisen. Die Flansche 4 können, wie mit gestrichelten Linien 7 in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, in einem Abstand unter dem oberen Rand der Füße 3 angeordnet sein, der der Dicke der Platte 2 gleich oder ungefähr gleich ist. Dadurch wird vermieden, daß die Umf angs ränder der Löcher in der Platte 2 beschädigt werden. Die Platte 2 kann mit öffnungen versehen sein und an einem oder mehreren ihrer Ränder Anschläge haben.

Claims (4)

Schutzansprüche
1. Palette, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rahmen oder eine Platte (2) aus Karton, Kunststoff oder einem Fasermaterial, an deren Unterseite mehrere Hohlfüße (3) aus Kunststoff, Karton oder Metall angeordnet sind.
2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen oder die Platte (2) über den HohlfUSem (3) Löcher aufweist, so daß bei gestapelten Paletten die Füße von höher im Stapel liegenden Paletten in die Füße von darunter liegenden Paletten hineinragen.
3. Palette nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlfüße (3) jeder Palette (1) in zwei Gruppen von senkrecht zueinander stehenden Reihen angeordnet sind, wobei die Reihen jeder Gruppe parallel zueinander verlaufen.
4. Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlfüße (3) der Palette (1) die Form
eines Bechers mit eingezogenem Boden haben, wobei der obere Rand des Bechers einen horizontalen Flansch (4) aufweist, der das dem jeweiligen Hohlfuß zugeordnete Loch umgibt und an der Unterseite der Platte (2) befestigt ist.
